Recently my cancer man shared multiple songs on his social page, sad songs like Hurts - stay or Barcelona - please don.t go and I don.t know if these should tell me something about how he.s feeling.
Recently I tried taking a step back since my man became a workaholic and he made it his #1 priority. He said that it.a a fucked up period for him at work and he hopes i won.t take it personally and that he.s sorry (mostly for the lack of attention and love that results from this). So I took a step back focusing on myself , not talking as much as we used to, just trying to let him be, not bothering him etc..
I.m thinking: 1. He.s trying to tell me that he.s worried about me taking this distance and that he.s afraid I will let go 2. The songs are for someone else (although this would be my worst nightmare i really don.t think it.s the case) 3. Nothing lol. They are just songs and aren.t redirected to anyone
I do this all the time. Unless I say something along the lines of just loving the song, it's intended to be an illustration of how I'm feeling. If the title alone doesn't get the message across, I'll include some of the lyrics that do. Not everyone picks up on our cues. Well done.
i'm not sure about others, but my Cancer guy is very into music. We both are. And we often to communicate with songs, lyrics or even song titles. since our break-up he sent me a few songs, which give hints about what he was feeling. So yes, I def say it could very well, be a thing with Cancers. I know for me, as a Cap i don't show emotions that much to the outside world, but if you want to really know what I'm feeling/trhinking look to my playlist ... but LOL even that I don't share with all the world :p
