Why do cancers keep people in mind?

Hey i'm struggling here people. Me and my cancer ex boyfriend were together for 18 years and we also have 3 kids together. We had a bitter argument and he doesn't call or message me. I spent the weekend at his sister house and he didn't even come to visit me smh have I lost him completely? How could someone turn from love to hate because of the harsh words I said. It's so unfair because he cheated on me and I told him my mind, now he doesn't speak to me at all. How can someone who you have 3 kids with for the past 18 years get so cold with me. Doesn't he think of me at all. Please help

I'm not trying to be rude at all, but in 18 years, you mean to tell me that you don't know whether or not he's going to contact you. I mean...18 years of history...you should know almost as much about him as you do yourself. I'm just saying. The Cap that I've known and been with off and on for 5 years...I can just about tell you what days he's going to contact me. It's usually on Friday if he hasn't heard from me and if that Friday passes and he hasn't messaged me, you can guarantee that he's going to hit me up that Sunday...two days later. It's been off and on for FIVE YEARS for me and this man and I know this.

With my Leo ex-hubby, we haven't seen each other in over 10 years and yet I know that when I call or text him...I'm going to get a response AS SOON as possible. Then when he calls me, he's going to sound super worried, because his automatic thought is that I only called him, because something is going completely wrong in my life.

After 18 years...you have to know what to do if he has shut you out...if not, I wonder what happened where you don't have this information. That's bananas.

I agree. 18 years is a very very long time for you to not already know his behavioural pattern. But honestly if HE cheated and you got mad and now he's gone and done an ostrich that speaks volumes about what kind of a man he is. You really should not be sweating it you did NOTHING wrong.

thinktoomuch yup so true and btw you may not know anything about men or boys but you have common sense and you give good advice. Dis cancer man telling you you're different smh these men eh. I use to blame my personality also. I was with mine 18 years and being a Gemini I know we have a mouth piece when we're hurt. I did say a lot of hurtful things to him but I'm allowed to vent, dis man acting like he's the victim smh I just don't know how to move on after being in a relationship with someone for so long
