Fellow Cappies,

I feel that we have lost our ?saturnine? connection with each other somehow, we are all still here (either floating around or in the shadows), but we are not in sync.

This isn't good for us ... We all need to find our Qi again πŸ™‚

We usually have so many things going; they can't all fit into one topic on one thread.

This can either be daily, weekly, or monthly thing-- project all your minor thoughts, issues, concerns, brain-storms or other minor instances ? sort of like a ?mini journal?

For instance, if you're having trouble finding your place I world and/or understanding why you were planted and how you will grow all the apples and oranges (zany metaphor)

Anything that's minor, go on and put it out there πŸ˜‰

If you don't feel like posting too much, you can drop in and say ?Hi? πŸ™‚

*non-cappies are welcome too*

Hahahahaha Merc! You are silly πŸ˜› Meditation is only hard for those who are hard-headed πŸ˜‰

Wednesdays are the busiest days for me :O

I have three different projects (work-related) that need to get done. I thought I had until next week to finish them, but my supervisor wants them by tomorrow ...

AHHH!!!!!

(1) Building Usage schedule
(2) Dept. Usage agenda
(3) Open Building times

It may seem like a tiny amount to do, but don't be fooled.

well but without money you cannot buy or have anything.i need the money badly because i have my future plans, have to secure some for the grand wedding in the future,i say grand because most indians don't have it any other way.haahaa
then to build a nice home and provide the family, the strong financial base is required.although we both work, but she is planning to quit her job when we get married,we both have to save a lot for the just in case scenario,as well as the fact that she wants to bring her parents here too.

*** HEY, sorry I didn't respond yesterday, my Manager and Supervisor were around and I had to get off immediately :O

My goodness, thats sounds wonderful and all, but that must be so much pressure on you 😒 The cost of living is going up everywhere now. So, if thats something you and your lady want to do, then by all means save up as much as possible. I just hope that everything turns out okay. If not, she may have to go back into the workforce *ducks and hides*

I guess I was only speaking of money in a way that you need it to live but the mere thought of it shouldn't run your life. Yes, I do know what you mean about indian culture -- dude, you don't have to tell me πŸ˜‰

When they found out I didn't have one. They asked me what KIND of husband I wanted and in what profession. They pointed out that I was "OF AGE". They also asked if I would have an arranged or a love marriage. I bet some had brothers or friends who were single.

So they're doing it to you too β€” Man, that sucks, I hate that! My granny is so saying that I should be talking about marriage. Ummm, its kinda hard when you're not involved with anyone. Plus, I don't want to pressure anyone into marrying me. There has to be equal wanting there.

However, I refuse to stay with a man any longer then three years. After three years, if he has no idea whether or not he will marry me, then its time to call it quits. I may even call it quits before the third, because life is too short to wait on someone to make upi their mind. I mean, it shouldn't that a lifetime to know whatever ot not you want to be with someone, you know what I mean?

Money is definitely NOT the root of all crazy/evil in the world. It's a matter of how you handle money. If handle correctly, money can bring much happiness for you and others. You control money not the other way around.

Hmm, this is the first time where we disagree totally πŸ˜‰ In fact I do believe the way you handle money comes into play, but many of the issues that we have global have something to do with currency -- its the underline evil that we can't live without unfortunately πŸ™‚

I will not debate this, its just my opinion.

And it may be true that my venus in first house plays a heavy role that it's impossible for me to overlook the benefits of what money can bring entirely. Regardless, I don't believe in free rides but hard work to obtain wealth.

Oh yeah, I don't believe in free rides either. Thats why I work two jobs HAHA, mainly because I don't have a choice in the matter either πŸ˜‰ I do believe in hard work, but I would take travel over working any day of the week πŸ˜› Thats probably where we differ -- other then that, we are kinda like astro sisters, I just don't know whose older HAHA!!!

Hmmm, I don't know which house my venus is in β€”? I'll have to find out πŸ˜„

You know what's funny, the older generation doesn't give me trouble about it. MY generation or those who are a bit older and have two or more toddlers bumping into furniture, or those who recently got married who keep asking me about my non existent husband.

Thats so funny, my all my brothers, except the younger one all hve children and they are still trying to figure out what to do with their lives. My younger brother will be married soon, but my other brothers have children and are NOT married and they are having so many others right now.

Its so funny how we (the younger children) are not having as many issues as our older ones. Haha, we learn from their mistakes πŸ˜„ Also, they spent so much time catering to my three older brothers and my younger brother and myself didn't get that treatment. So, I guess we learned that we have to pull ourselves up by our boot-straps. We know there are no free meals in this world πŸ˜‰

*crazy bosses*

Anyway, okay, I understand now! YAY, so she's going into a different field. Yes, I know how that goes. After I complete my Masters', I have to go into another field too -- going from pay check to pay check will not last while I'm in my twenties. So I will need to look for something that will allow me to save more.

It's a bit like chinese or indian food. The more fast food you eat the more you want. I think there must be an addictive substance in it which you end up craving.

I know really πŸ˜› There something in all that stuff. However, I am going to leave it alone though. My stomach hurts, plus I'm getting sick of it all. The only reason I stopped cooking was because I didn't want to watch anime with my roommate.

She has this anime addiction and no matter what I'm doing, she wants me to watch it. Now, I don't mind watching some of it because I like a few series -- I think they are cute. However when I come home after work/ class or vice versa the last thing I want to do is watch anime LOL

Wow. I would love to have someone to watch Anime with me. The only person who wants to watch it with me in on the other side of the world.

I like anime too ... just not when I get off from work/class. I mean gee weezz, let me get through the door first.

My favorite series are:

1. Kenshin -- amazing!!!
2. Ceres
3. Inuyasha
4. The Mysterious Play
5. Dragonball/ Z/ GB πŸ˜› -- yeah, I know but I think Goku is funny πŸ˜„

*sets your hand on fire* don't do that πŸ™‚. lol you mistake too much of my *not trying to make enemies* as apologizing.

lol, and 99% of the time when i actually do i don't mean it.

but, i don't like accidentally offending someone, that way people know when i'm actually trying to πŸ˜‰.

same, its bed time for me, responsibilities and all. sigh... a double edge sword really.

My manager's friend came in looking for him today. Since he had to leave, his friend is here talking to me. Now I don't mind talking but for crying out sideways NOT WHILE I'M BUSY!!!

The guy will not shut-up and I'm trying to concentrate and he won't take the hint!

Yes, he's a nice guy but he's also VERY over-bearing. He's the type that when he's around you cannot get any work done because he wants all the attention on him.

I feel bad but he's getting on my nerves -- he's a good guy and all but he talks too much!

Hahaha, this just isn't my week. There's a substitute buliding manager here today and he believes that my entire job is to sit and talk to him until its time to close.

UGH! I can't go anywhere or do anything! He's just as overbearing as the dude from yesterday ... but I MUST listen to him. Oh dear 😒 Good thing I'm getting off early to today πŸ™‚ At 2:00 p.m. I'm gone!
