You dont need high budget or be high maintenance to look chic and stylish. Perhaps browse some fashion magazines and capture the looks. To complete the high fashion look with low budget, spend a little on make up, you can go to a Chanel or Bobbi Brown or MAC counter to have them do your make up. Same for hair too, just do a blow and wash, you'll be good to go.

Yeah, I like TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I went to Nordstroms and bought a shirt, which wasn't too expensive, but still a little over what I wanted to pay(I'm so darn cheap), so I'm going to make the rest of what I wear work somehow by wearing pieces I already have. Gosh, can't believe I spilled that lol.

anyway, this probably has nothing much to do with the title of the thread, but I'm going to see Kanye West and Jay-z this Saturday and I'm afraid because I want to look as nice as possible, yet I don't really know how. I went shopping the other day for an outfit and I couldn't really pick out one. On top of that I don't know how to put on make-up, which is horrible for my age. It's like I instantly look like a clown when I put on make-up. My hair...no comment.
I have a desire to look high maintenance when I do manage to step out, but I don't have the proper budget or technique to put it all together. Am I the only Cappie with this issue? btw, I was on point when I was younger. I fell completely off lol, but I think it has to do with moving 1000+ miles away from my hometown and into a big city, idk.
