Awww I know he's insecure.So he doesnt believe me?or he's just scared of committing?

Maybe he just knows he cant give me what i want at this time so he feels pressure and doesnt want to hurt me more cause he knows he ant be where i am,right now?...

I'm in the same situation where when I came clean about how I felt and that I wanted to be serious with my cap, he at first was hesitant but very soon said he wanted to give us a try.

Unfortunately I snapped at him for bringing up his past too often and he all of a sudden told me he can't love me because he can't even love himself. He's also hurt from the past so he can't handle a serious relationship now and even told me he feels like he's cheating on me when he wants to see others. What do you think I should do? I feel like caps are such serious people about relationships, once they get hurt it is nearly impossible to recover...
