that was very complete libra22, i can relate to it entirely! Sometimes I wish I had another rising because Cap seems to amputate some of my Libran light and fun qualities....but I can't deny that the rising in Cap's seriousness and ambition are qualities that definitely take over when I need to shift to a more grounded perspective, like right now as I'm looking for a new job, my sun sign would rather chillax, drink cocktails and enjoy, but the rising wants to make sure I'm not getting myself in trouble in the long run. This rising also gives an impression of seriousness that no employer can ever deny. It must have a reassuring aura about it. I have grown to need its stability in all areas of my life. Also, in critical moments of panic, I notice it helps me stay grounded and take the lead. It has in the past many times, when many people panic at once, I'll remain calm and that will reassure everyone & in turn they'll calm down.
Omg, we are so alike... Me too. Everything you said above applies to me too. Like yesterday I was sent on a training and the people there were in their late 30's , 40's and 50's. All of them CFO's CEO's COO's and god knows what else they were, of big companies in the Balkan. So, when we had to introduce ourselves, when I said i am 22, they were shocked, like literally one lady said I would have never given u 22, u act like 28. I dont know whether thats a compliment or idk what, but all i know is that I didnt feel well by her saying i look way older. For a moment i thought why am i sitting in this room, why i dont go out and drink and have fun with guys?! I am too serious for my age... !!! This capricorn rising is doing it all. At work I am also serious just as u said for ureself. Sometimes it drives me NUTS!
And even when it comes to guys... I wouldnt do a night stand if i dont have feelings for him, simply that thing fade away from me. If it is not something that is serious, I am not even starting with it.
