Confused Caps

How do you guys feel when you are confused with your current relationship due to a coming back of an old flame?

you are happy in your current relationship until the old fling juggled it all up. The old fling is a friend and just confessed how he thinks of you (but didn't exactly say I want to date you) And you just have this inexplicable attraction to each other. And you always had him in the back of your head, but didn't really realize it until recently.

I dunno what I want to do. Been with him for about 2 yrs and have been not thing but great. I have asked my bff for advice and she said to keep the door open. If its meant to happen, then it will and I should go for it. Otherwise, I will recent current guy for this and will be miserable in the relationship. At the same time I feel like I should be with current guy b/c i know that he truly loves me and just ignore the other guy.
