I have absolutely no urges to control anyone. Actually, quite the opposite.

I do have a strong desire to stay in control of myself/emotions. I don't know that I deal with it. It's just my default mode.I very much dislike activities/situations where I feel out of control. I don't drink for this reason. If there are people who make me feel out of control, or who try to control me, I just stay away from them.

Do your relationship with your son a favor and have ANYONE BUT YOU teach him how to drive.

My parents are both Aquarians. Epitome of chill and non-controlling, right?

NO.

They both were in the car with me "teaching" me to drive. My mother kept panicking and leaning over to grab the wheel - and slapped me when I tried to bat her hand away, WHILE I was driving in the freeway.

My father was in the backseat shouting at me for not having classical music on.

I ended up abruptly pulling up to a shoulder, and jumping out the car.

Trust me. Spare your sanity.

Or maybe this is why Libras and Aquas are known to be the worst drivers, according to some insurance study...sigh. lol

Omg. My mother is an Aqua and she's a good driver, as in she manages to still be alert and watch the road while shes looking in the mirror putting on make up, looking down dialing a number on her phone, literally turning her head around to play with my niece in the backseat. its horrible, and she'll ask me to do something but Im like ma, i cant, i gave to watch the road lol. That what I do in the passenger seat. Cringe and keep my eyes on the road.

I get an understanding of the mental part of an aqua when im in the car with her...talk about multi tasking lol!. I have a Gemini cousin thats sharp like that on the road. His driving is impressive. scary, but impressive.

Unfortunately, both my parents fit the stereotype of "bad Asian drivers". >.

Connect the head to the heart to the soul and the control issues are no more.

Most unevolved Caps will just use their heads and logic. We have fish tails people, we aint Aquarians...we have feelings and emotional depth...USE IT and evolve.

This is the truth. Not every cap chooses to evolve in this way.. I personally want to. Of course not being able to control everything will make you more vulnerable, but it seems to me that there's strength in vulnerability.. or i could be wrong. Time will tell.

This is how my boyfriend is. Lol He has to drive everywhere we go. Even if we're going with a large group of people, he'd rather drive apart from them because he doesn't want to be stuck anywhere if he gets bored or tired. He wants the freedom to get up and leave whenever he's ready rather than waiting on the rest of the group.

He also does not drink or do anything that would put him out of control.

Omg, this is me. When Im ready to go I am ready to go and I kick myself everytime I go with someone instead of meeting them there. I love my freedom to enter and exit when I want.

I like to control certain things, like planning out trips and things that require, "systematic planning." For example, if im off on a holiday or a mini vacation, i like to book the hotel, plan the travel route, exact the timing etc, etc. Then on one trip i planned everything to a T and nothing went right. My Air sign friends showed up late, forget their passports and started to get into a conversation about left hand vs right hand masturbation...i was just miserable.

At the destination i had overwhelming anxiety and had to lay down and relax. Reflecting on that trip, i decided that either i will plan minimal or plan nothing and just tag along and enjoy it, "control" free, "guilt" free. But for some reason or another, most of my friends look to me to get things started...STOOPID Cardinal quality i sometimes despise lololol!

It feels good, not having the weight of the world on your shoulders dear Capricorns...try it and let go. 😉

LMAO...

Ironic that air travel is such an ordeal with air signs, mm? 😛
