people that choose you

in our lives... there are the people whom we let into our lives through mutual selection/interest/connection... both they and we wanted to become close.

what about those who want to be close to us? but the feeling isnt necessarily as mutual? and i'm being very careful with my words here... 'not mutual' could mean overlooking, unnoticed, unknown, anything between that and a decided 'no'. i know as caps, we have enough pride and distaste for wasted time to bother ourselves trying to be close to someone else who doesnt feel the same... it seems rare that that is the case compared to the reverse. how do you react in this case? im not only talking about romance here. but say, someone who takes a genuine and real interest in you and who you are and often surprise you with their insight of you... not even for just a moment, but over time... hence a reeeeal interest. how does that make you feel?

touched?
interested as well?
amazed?
annoyed?
smug?
uneasy?
guilty?
d. all of the above?

what do you think of someone who can be that way towards you... unabated by any of our capricorn inability, perhaps by choice, to welcome such behavior?

have you perhaps ever been in the position where it was YOU who had been interested in someone more than they were interested in you? how do you/did you feel about that?

remember, this isnt necessarily romantically speaking. though i know this much interest usually does come from romantic places.

Yeeeeaaaaa... good points. it really makes me wonder about people. i cant help but appreciate and respect those with that kind of insight. i also find that there are people whom i wish knew or remembered more. sometimes it seems foolish on their part that they dont. othertimes i feel like the one who was being foolish.

'blessed' is a good word. and thats exactly how i feel towards those people... grateful that there are those who can and do give a damn. harsh way to put it, but sometimes thats the way i feel.

Many ppl have started out extremely interested in me, but most of the time my cold and rude behavior drove them away. I preferred it that way, no use getting too attached...Except for with my Aries and her mom, they're relentless...Like REALLY relentless...

I'd have to say I'm annoyed and aggravated by it, but I can't help but feel that deep down, I'm loving the attention I get. Family attention and care from my Arieses mom, love, acceptance, and care from my Aries.

I don't get it that often and I think I'm slowly getting comfortable with it...Even if they DO tease me a lot...Its probably because I'm different and interesting to them. Lol...
