Stop Talking So Much!!

Hey hey heeeyyyy!!! As you all know, I am porceeding with extreme caution with Cap. I did not speak to him last night. Although, he called me. I spoke to him briefly this morning. Out of the blue he brought up a few women at his job who are always running their mouths and ask a lot of questions. He said that this is one of his pet peeves. I was like, "OK". It almost felt like he was telling me this as to say, "WARNING: I DO NOT LIKE WOMEN WHO TALK TOO MUCH OR ASK A MILLION AND ONE QUESTIONS...SO DONT YOU DO IT BECAUSE I WANT TO LIKE YOU!!!". It could be my over active Scorpio imagination, but thats kind of what it felt like.

Anyhoo, anyone else have an experience with a Cap man...deploring women who talk a lot of ask loads of questions? I thought it was funny that he brought it up right after Candy01 posted her thread about her situation.

He was probably just venting. But, yeah, sometimes silence is golden! I may be a woman, but, I too hate extensive talking. I've been known to look at people as if they have two heads because they're talking too much. And I clam up with Q&A sessions. Just let the conversation flow. But, I do think we Caps still want someone else to steer the conversation, albeit without going over the top. I think we are one of the few signs that can have a great time with minimal conversation, just enjoy and observe those things around you and conversation will come naturally 🙂

Lol @ M and lildol. Luckily , I have not really been too talkative becasue of the situation. HOWEVER, when confortable, I CAN be a motor mouth. Us Scorpios LOVE to talk! Lol. Well, at least I do. Lmbo.

My Cap friend would do this when we would talk. At the time he was interested in me, but yeah, he would indirectly let me know what he didn't like using people and situations as an example.

We went to school together and he came over and we looked through our yearbook together, and he was like "there is this girl that I was in love with back in school" so we looked for her pic and found it. The girl was cute, but very plain jane, and he was like "I love girls like her, very homely looking women." Its so funny because I could always follow what he was doing.

When I showed him a pic of my friends back home he asked me a million and one questions about them, asking if I still talked to them, if I wanted to call one up right now would they answer, how long I've known them etc. He would not stop. He viewed me as that "homely" girl and these ladies are the complete opposite, and that bothered him. As gorgeous as they were he told me they looked "alright' and wore too much makeup lol.

So yeah, when you hear him vent about what he doesn't like its usually to indirectly let you know and, I hate to say it, train you. Nip that by giving him another way to look at people or situations. Shut him up as quick as you can.

CappyLuv - Yes, he seems like he likes to talk too. When we went out he was BUMPING HIS GUMS!!! Lol. Getting all passionate about certain subjects. He talked WAAAY more than me. So, I was suprised when he said excessive talking is one of his pet peeves. I think his pet peeve is excessive talking about things he doesnt bring up or have a direct connection with! Lol. Maybe, maybe not. Lol.

lnana04 - Yea with these Cappies I am learning that you gotta be quick on your feet with come backs. Lol. I gotta get quicker. Its actually kind of fun. Lol.

Unless you have something important to say. STFU. Mindless chatter annoys the crap out of any capricorn. We can talk just as much as anyone else but its usually about something relevant to us. Otherwise we sit there and observe. Or think about what better things we could be doing then sitting here listening to you babble on about unimportant shit.

I think one of my problems, as a Scorp, taking life SO serious. Lately I have been all wound up. Overthinking every little decision that I make. Scared to mess up. This has not always been the case...but I have noticed that a stick has slowly been creeping deeper and deeper into my ass. Lol. Maybe I need to take up meditation. Lol.

Yes, M. Knowing is half the battle. True that.... So, now I got the first half down, now I just have to get the hardest half together...removing the stick and work through my crazy Scorp tendancies.

Anyone who doesn't like answering questions most likely has something to hide.

If you feel like he is too shady for your trust, then he probably is.

Go with your gut instincts on this one, and you will most likely be right.
