Perfect compatibility chart

Here's my stupid/weird/maybe already asked question for professional astrologers (if there are any on this forum)...

When you have a chart in front of you, can you find another chart for a perfect love match? And I mean as perfect as it can get. But it has to be probable. And if you do that, is it possible to calculate from that chart that you created, when and where exactly that fictional person should be born?

Not exactly 'where', but 'when' is possible yes.

First you'd have to agree on a weighting, what factors weigh in beyond just being satisfied with the probability.

Then if you had factored in progressions and transits that led those two people to be 1. emotionally in the right place and time to desire that relationship enough to grab it and stick with it then yes, it is theoretically possible to track back to - at the very least - a time where does two people would be born. But not necessarily a place. Place would be extremely hard, there are more variables there to do with the houses than any program would know what to do with, let alone a person.

What if I give you the place? E. g. I give you my chart, you find me a perfect match (also a chart), I give you the place, you give me the time? Just in theory obviously... would there be 1 match or more?
