Are the aspects closest to an "orb" of 0*00' degrees supposed to mean very strong and influential aspects in a synastry chart? ....For my interaspects chart (from Astrotheme.com) with someone, there are some 7-8 degree orbs as the highest and in the lowest range is an orb of 0*03' so I'm not sure what's relevant.
