I do! I was in a dream study group for a while and we were looking for ways to increase our lucid dreams. We did an exercise in which we found a "trigger object" in waking life, and every time we were around the trigger we would ask ourselves, "Am I dreaming now?". The reason was that when we encountered that same trigger object in a dream, we might automatically ask ourselves the same question, resulting in an understanding that we were, indeed, dreaming. The most ingenious trigger turned out to be a toilet. We would ask ourselves whether we were dreaming any time we saw a toilet throughout the day, and then if we happened to dream of a toilet, we could launch ourselves into a lucid dream. And the best way to dream of a toilet? Drink a lot of water before bed!
