place apples in a 9" pie pan Combine filling ingredients 2 through 5. Stir in egg. half & half and vanilla. Pour over apples. Cover loosely with foil and Bake @ 350? fpr 60 minutes
Topping - Combine dry ingredients and cut in butter to a coarse crumb. Sprinkle over pie and Bake uncovered for an additional 25 minutes more. Cool and refrigerate Makes 6 to 8 servings 1 pie
