First youl need, 1 large onion, 3 large potatoes, 2 cans (little) cans of tomato sauce they look like mini cans) make sure not to accidentally get "paste" salt/peppa/ chicken buillion "fideo" noodles (they sell them at most super markets in the pasta section, a "wok" (asian pan/pot for cooking/stir frying)
Okay this dish is super easy super good and goes a long way, pour about one half inchof vegatable oil/(or extra virgin olove) in the bottom of the wok HEAT IS AT med/high, wait for oil to heat up i little bit (few seconds) crunch up fideo noodles in packet (if you dont it comes out "Stringy", pour 2 packages of the fideo noodles in let simmer and stir well, after noodles get to a golden brown color, and the lightly chopped onion (all while theres still a half inch oil in the bottom) and stir in the chopped oinon until the onion pecies get clearish and soft, now, add the tomato sauce ditectly with NO water yet,.......let the tomato paste sizzle, (at this point it looks like a ruined pasta and that you might have to throw it away lol), not true, after tomato paste sizzles for rughly one minute, add as mutch water as you want to the top (half inch below the top) and potatoes first though, now stir, its starting to look like a soup, add 3 table spoons of salt and half a table spoon of pepper, stirr in 2 cubes of chicken bullion, wait ,keep heat pretty high untill the very first bubbles start coming, when it starts to simmer a touch immediatly turn heat off its already nearly done, let sit for 15 minutes, and cool of a little bit, serve like soup and enjoy 🙂🙂 (beans can be cooked in seperate pot and added into you bowl with homeade tortillas for hirghtened pleasure🙂
