I'm a June 15 third decan. I don't know tons about us off the top of my head, although every once in a while I'll Google the topic and read a little (mostly because my best friend is a first decan and our differences intrigue me).

my brothers are june 14 and 20. still trying to decide what to get them for their birthday...i might just directly ask them what they want instead of trying to surprise them with something i think they'll like but am not 100% sure lol. it's not exactly a creative way to go about it but i don't wanna get them something random that i think they might want and have them be like "wtf i don't want this shit." lol lol so yeha it's always safe to ask. one time i didn't know what they wanted so i gave them money to buy whatever they wanted and june 14 was like "sweet!!" but june 20 was offended and expected me to put in some effort selecting a gift for him lol so i gotta get it right this year!!

I actually don't liked to be asked. I like the person to know me well enough to find the perfect surprise. Not really fair, I guess...🙂 Also, I prefer experiences to objects, unless there's something specific I really need.

thanks for the advice. i kinda have an idea of what they might want. june 14 wanted an HD camcorder from canon but i forgot which model he wanted. vixia R42 or M500....so i have to casually bring it up in a conversation and find out...lol
and i know june 20 really wants to go to greece and see all the historic sites/visit the museums (he's a major history buff) so maybe i can help him with the airfare and hotels. he's planning to have enough money saved up by the time he's 18 (only a year to go) but i can give him some money and speed up the process.

I'm a third decan, too, and I don't want to be asked to be honest. I'm more like 'surprise me?' sort. Yet, I want something with good taste lol or something really wacky or funny which I've never heard of, tickles my curiosity.

Thanks that explains a lot... I often find myself conflicted between the push and pull of emoitions!!! To feel or not to feel is my dilemma.. Often accused of being "full of myself".
