Gemini bf is all bummed that I'm moving further away from him.

He told me last night that he's worried I'm gonna meet some Hollywood big shot who will sweep me off my feet and I'll forget all about him.

I've told him that as long as he keeps treating me right that won't happen. I'm not into flashiness or superficial trappings of wealth and status. He's all I want and need.

He's said he's afraid that the distance between us is gonna drive us apart.

Gems aside from proving to him, over time, that I'm not going anywhere, what else can I do/say to assuage his fears.

I really do care about this man and want us to go the distance.

@diablo I've lived in la la land my whole life. I'm moving from Long Beach to Santa Monica. The Gem lives in Orange County.
Oh I thought you were a true dxper. Small town simpleton. That's gonna be a crazy commute. Santa Monica is beautiful, but you already knew that.

Hope you look good in yoga pants.

I have clients all over though. I travel to where the work is. Mostly Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood hills, etc. Larger budgets = more ways for me to be creative.

Big names and celebrity status don't mean shit to me. I'm doing the work I do because I love it, not as a stepping stone to something in the spotlight.
What do you do?

You two been dating long?

Pisces women can be super promiscuous. Judging by what you shared, I can't really say.

He knows you better than I and he's nervous. That says something.
We've been exclusive for 6months, dating 8/9months.

I'm loyal to a fault. I respect myself and him enough to break things off before I'd pursue something with someone else. But again, I'm not looking for someone else. He is everything I want.

How do I soothe his insecurities? As a Gemini give me some insight please.

Geminis like doing things with their partner. They don't experience relationship through feelings alone, they bond through making memories together and talking and being there.

just saying, I hated being in a LDR. Didn't mean I cheated, but it was hard and I wasn't even deeply in love.

If it's a temporary situation, it may work, but if there is no deadline for moving and living near each other again, LDR is basically a death sentence to a relationship.
The distance between us is less than 50miles.

But right now we see each other 5 days a week. We've become spoiled after spending so much time together.

I'll only be able to see him on the weekends after this move.

Once a Gemini starts to show they're insecurities it's pretty much downhill from there honestly. Even if you try to get them to see things your way their insecurities eat them up to the point where they WONT believe anything you say and he will try to test you. I agree with what the person above said about just breaking up. It's your choice obviously. Hope it works out for you but I really wish gems would put their insecurities away. Idk why they have them, everyone loves them...

Definitely have a plan for communication and stick with that.
Sending things in the mail, calling, "I'm thinking of you" things.

One thing though, is often cheaters bring up the other partner cheating as a worry when really they are worrying about themselves. Not saying he's going to cheat, but he might be worried about the future of the relationship period and wondering if he can stay with you now that you are gone and projecting that on you.
It's interesting you say that. His ex of three years cheated on him with one of his (at the time) friends. He's still very damaged from this.

Sometimes I feel like I'm paying for the sins of the girls who came before me.

But I'm in it for the long run. I'll prove to him as time passes that he can trust me with his heart.

Idk why either. He is searingly handsome. But I suppose part of his charm for me is that he's unaware of his own magnetism.

He's not testing me. He's just voicing his insecurities.

This is why it's ALWAYS a bad idea to share so much of your personal life on this god forsaken site.

Astrology becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. ALWAYS!

Now We've dropped seeds in your mind. I hope you only water the positive ones.

Good luck.
Thanks. Lol I'm not about to throw my relationship away at the suggestion of strangers online.

I'm looking for some insight from Gemini's (men mostly) on how to communicate to him that I care and am not going anywhere.

An Insecure Gemini will think up problems that aren't there.
