Op if it was early days you may have had a chance to mold him into the partner that you want. Instead you have given the following messages over the last 10 years.
1. Your fickle and disloyal. You allowed him to pursue and seduce you when you were engaged.
2. Your easy. You give him sex on the regular without making him work for it, take you out/ buy you dinner etc. Instead it's a netflix and chill vibe, read bootycall.
3. You have no self respect. He treats you like shit, is cold to you and you still allow him #2.
4. Your his willing doormat. He can ignore all communication from you and you'll still welcome him back and reward his behavior with open legs.
After 10 years if he hasn't wanted more from you he never will. Face it, you were an easy target and he keeps coming back for the for sure lay. Nothing more.

Lol your missing the point here. YOU allowed him to treat you the way he did. At any point you could have moved on but you didn't, you stayed for 10yrs. Did he have you handcuffed to his bed? No. You were free to leave at any moment but you decided to stay.
