I have finally experienced an emotional gemini

and while I always knew that they had emotions and were emotional, I don't think I knew HOW emotional they could be. Not to have this seem like it's a bad thing, but when truly upset, it seems like it's the end of the world for you guys. The emotion is put out there. It's really interesting and unsettling to experience.

And not even when feeling pain, when you guys are feeling something extreme, whether love, happiness, anything it's like it must be put out there for the whole world to see and it's just really vibrant, for lack of a better word.

Am I on to something here?

You're going to have to elaborate. But, 20 something's are different these days. Way different then when I was there. I feel sorry for you all, really. But, please, elaborate because it seems vague.

Sorry for the vagueness, but yes, this is a 20 year old male gemini that I've known for a while now. For a couple of days straight, he was very upset and bothered by something. Usually when he's upset, he can just shrug it off and bounce back within minutes, but when he seemed truly upset, it was very different.

I've actually seen this in another gemini male before too, but again, in the same age range as myself.

Lol he definitely wasn't drunk. I suppose whatever the issue was really got to him. I don't take gems lightly at all, actually. They surprise me a lot, although not in a bad way. And a t-shirt movement you say? Haha, I have to check this out.

in their birth chart! I run when I see things get too emotional,it scares me but I do

to be unemotional.At my Dad's funeral I couldn't cry though I elt like it and felt

I think Gem's feel sorrow and shock when bad things happen,because
we want the world to be safe for us and as the child of the zodiac
really painful things are hard on us.Finding out that the world was
so wicked was a very hard thing for me but then I look at the good
side and the things that are sweet or innocent and I smile again.
gem's can do happiness but not like everyone expects!
When someone gives me a gift that I always wanted I will be jumping
with joy on the inside but can't show it outwardly! do you see the
picture? thats how I am and can't help it.Now that I know I'm
totally normal I am fine with it lol

things must be extreme for us to show emotionas outwardly and if we feel
real pain we will call someone and talk to them about it and or research
it or study it,a book or video or whatever we can find readily available.
we may cry at home when alone,pace around,walk around in our pj's in our
room for days and nights and no one seeing us and stay in a dark room all
alone listening to music or being silent until we can logically understand
what took place because we hate sadness and dealing with it is hard on us
to an extreme. I'm social but being social doesn't always help when I am
really down so I can live in my room for days all by myself until I feel
I solved the problem logically,then I'm me again and on top of the world.
We feel emotions like everyone else but dealing with them gets complicated
and it's hard for us to know what to do with it.We have to have a logical
explaination that makes sense to us even if the world doesn't understand it
as long as we understand it then we are good to go & happy again.
we need reasons to why things happen but not the same way that others do!

I always have to have understanding friends too.If I don't want to
talk to them it's never personal most times,I just want to do something
else or be alone.Yes we Gem's do like being alone sometimes too lol
and yes we are silent at times to without being sad or hurt,we do need
our space and alone time even though we love gatherings & being social.
people should respect that.I love my friends who understand when I don't
always answer their text messages or get to them right away!
sometimes I do,and sometimes I don't.My gem friends understand lol

I've got a lot of water and earth in my chart. However, I've go NO time for people who lose control of their emotions, none!

Water signs 'think' that we don't understand that crap, but indeed we do (or at least I do because of the water in me). I speak the language of emotion, but the life style is bullshit. If that makes any sense. However, I'm getting rid of all of the outta control emotional beings in my life whether it be family or friend. Anybody else who fits this category can get on deez nutz!! HaHaHaHaHa!!! *Merc Rec* 😄

i can show you cool as a cucumber, but behind the scenes i can ride the emotional rollercoaster like a cancer. it's rare that i let people see it because i don't play the vulnerable card.

wow! I don't do drama lol but I love aries people & their balls of emotions
but in a different way,very very different but those that swing wildly I am
gone fast! ba bye!

missed again,but for the emotional people,I can't deal to well with them
unless they are aries because aries don't cry that often at least not in
front of people unless they really trust you and they are really deeply
hurt and even then they may not cry

mercury is fast,swift so I don't think theres alot of tears there or time
for any lol ask any virgo,virgo's are not that emotional either but their
earth sign clashes with gemini's air! they are much more serious natured
than us gems but we do have a serious side too and not alot of emotional
displays unless someone really pisses us off but even then we like to cut
to the chase and be done with it in a very classy way but one that bites!

I understand the emotions but I don't really like them to hang around lol
I feel them and deal with it in my own way but I like to get away from all
negative emotions and I don't like dropping emotional bombs on other people.
those that do lose my respect in a hurry! I research emotions and understand
them but all negative emotions I deal with quickly! I hate them,but I love
happiness,joy,excitement and I don't have any issues with those unless I see
someone over the top lol... emotions are ok I guess but big emotional displays
make me run away pronto!

altho, i do have a cancer moon that i'm at battle with constantly! i don't like to show my emotional side. but, there are some days where it just can't be held back any longer...

I have water rising and a watery moon and can get pretty emotional. It takes A LOT of doing, though. Sometimes I think there's something wrong with me. I will get emotional over things because I FEEL emotion coming out of other people and respond to them with sympathy, but I am not generating the emotion myself.

At other times, I will stay dry-eyed when people around me are falling apart over something, and then later, at a random time (and usually alone), I will have a melt-down. I think there's some kind of mental delay in which I'm in denial about a situation, and then when I've had time to process it it becomes real and I can react.

What makes it so powerful?

All of that earth is actually what keeps my grounded (go figure, and that earth being mainly mercury driven besides my mars in taurus keeps my head on straight). It's like you said to me once to not allow my emotions to get the best of my head, and a lot of those emotions revolve around this scorpio moon. True that the virgo energy isn't exactly on point like a gem's, but it still keeps me from flipping over tables lol.

Also, I've decided that gems are one of my favorite signs to see when in love (or something like it). It's just very cute.

I never didn't listen! Sometimes it's hard for me to realize when I am losing my head, but I'm aware that it happens. So yes, I do take your advice. It's not wasted, I swear! haha

yes love if they can get a handle on it is something a gemini can
enjoy but getting to the love thing can be a battle lol
there will be alot of kicking & screaming and some major HELL
getting a gem to let go of their freedom to date others but once
they find that ONE they can show love and enjoy love but it's like
a meshing with another soul that they truly feel joy being with.
love is very interesting for Gem's & they find that they are more
interesting in ways they never knew before because my Gem sister
believes she's in love and the change in her is shocking yet she's
still the some in all other areas of her life,only now she is more
sweet and kinda mushy lol

I have had a delayed melt down before in private and unexpectedly too but thats part
of how it is with Gem's sometimes because It seems like alot of emotions shock us and
we can get delayed reactions at times but normally when the emotions are overwhelming
to us or over the top in some way! Like if we blow up and have an angry reaction,you
can bet that the person had it coming to them,so never second guess yourselves over it
like I use to do until I realized that I normally won't blow up at anyone so they had
to do something really nasty to me to cause it but many people will try to make you
feel guilty after they know they pushed your buttons too far and for too long!

there are times however when I have had sudden moments of crankiness and took
it out on someone innocent lol... but those aren't that common either it's just
that I can get grouchy if I have alot on my mind and something got me down so I
would rather stay away from people at those times.

Geminis are plenty emotional.

It's not productive when someone asks me to explain why I did something that was motivated by emotions or why I felt a way that I felt. Look, Dude, I'm a Gemini. I DON'T KNOW! That's why I never have the same answer twice to your question! I did what I did and I felt what I felt because the moment dictated it, and now the moment is gone. Sometimes, when I am at a loss to understand how I am feeling, I envy my Scorpio husband, who has some sort of internal emotional encyclopedia. But, if having his emotional understanding means I also get to be emotionally tortured like he is, then I'm just fine with staying airy, thanks.

I admire most of the Virgo male traits,however I am about to release my twin on my virgo ex crush. I won't think twice or look back either.

I really need to find my equal(mentally and emotionally). I've been in love only twice (I think). Both times with a virgo. Not a very happy ending.
