Ophiucus made me a Taurus!! Noooooooo

Have you guys seen the new zodiac signs? Gemini now begins on June 22 up to July 20. This is crazy. I have always been a "highly complex gem" and now I'm a taurus. Not so far off because I have a taurus moon but this has me all confused. What do you guys think of the new zodiac signs?

What do you mean? Just then newborns from this year will have to follow this new zodiac change? I have to google sidereal zodiac now.. lol

Tropical Zodiac is the ptolemaic system we use in Western astrology, based on seasons (starting with the vernal/spring equinox) and it doesnt shift.
Sidereal is the zodiac system based on the actual constellations and is used in Veidc/Hindu astrology for example (but in Vedic you didnt have the same sign as in Western ANYWAYS).

I assume, as most people do, you follow the Tropical so nothing changes for you.

It's very flawed. Don't panic. The Divine wouldn't screw us Gems like that. The world needs more Geminis than ever, and we seem to be popping up everywhere, in case you haven't noticed. 😉 The 'myth' of Ophiucus has been around for for centuries.

yeah, i don't buy it for a second unless it only affects those who are born after these changes. There is no way in hell that my cancer bf is suddenly a gemini. trust me, he is ALL cancer! he fits so many of the typical cancerian descriptions out there it's uncanny.

i'm supposedly a leo/virgo cusp so this would make me a full on leo but i never really did fit the full leo description. other leos (it seems i run into a lot of leos that are into astrology) even point it out to me.

regardless, i see this change as kind of a blessing. so many dxp-ers get bent outta shape about other signs that are not their own; talk shit, etc. many are too proud and arrogant about the sign they belong to. now this moves many of us to the sign preceding the ones we believed to be and it's caused an uproar! ha! i hope the ripple effect here is a humbling one 🙂

Plus if opiphucus or however the fuck u spell it was an actual sign (im not saying its not but im doubtful) why is there barely ANY descriptions over it over the internet? Its mainly about the origin of it and its "myth" etc, no characteric profiles, no compatability profiles etc and if there is something about their characteristic, they make out the person to be like some kind of "superior" being as opposed to the rest of the 12 zodiac signs.

This is probably a new thing from the illuminati and they are publicising this and putting it into the media so everyone can freak out as we near 2012!!!
