spend your time wisely

I think we are all just using horoscopes as an excuse to find fault in other people and indulge in hate and disgust. Why do we need to do this? There is no reason. You can't save time, you can only spend it. So why not spend it doing something that will improve your life and the lives of others? What is the point of insulting one another? It really does not take much effort to just be nice.

Because just "being nice" for the sake of being nice is but a phisod. I view this board as a medium, for expression of different emotions and opinions. I don't see it as you. I see it as a way to compare and contrast and pick up new little pieces to build and broaden ones perspecticve on various topics. Granted, not everyone has the same outlook on life I find it interesting to be able to absorb an assortment of ideas. And most importantly learn different ways to look at things. I also see this board as theraputic. This board provides a good measure in being able to vent, and share and laugh and relate to others pain and happiness. Plus I sincerely look forward to updates on new thought processes of our 'board regulars'. Pretty cool to me.

There are so many conventions that one is expected to follow regarding human interactions...you should be polite...you should be nice...repress your real thoughts under the guise of happy *what should I do about my man?* farking small talk!

Susan and I have been having a wonderful arguement. There's no hate or disgust there. It's trading insults and is actually quite impressive when another person comes up with an insult to better you.
A couple of times I was secretly thinking 'way to go Susan' (but would never admit it) and you do come to respect the people you argue with. (just for future reference, I don't respect you Susan 🤢gt😉

I would rather plunge head first into an exciting and dynamic conversation that engages one's thought processes, than slowly drown in a great vacuous well of bland.

But hey, that's just me!

Why would you? You don't respect yourself!!! Get rid of your anger and move on! It is important to remember what happened in our lives that brought us to where we are, but it is equally important to not dwell on the past! Am I cluey enough for ya!

Maybe you should take a long vacation and then do something meaningful with your life. How about reading or going to church and prayer meetings with nice people. It would be time spent better than voireristic(sp?) hobbies such as this messageboard! How's do you like that trade———? Tune out and turn on is going to be my new mantra!
