can a Gemini and a Libra possibly have a good relationship?

Hi, that is a good question! I have been thinking that half the day. I am a libra women, and I'm in love with a gem.
Lets talk. We seem to have sooo much in common but my gem does not express many feelings to me, I am not sure what they are. My gem's mood changes so fast I love it and hate all at the same time. Help
