Was Prince William Crazy to Marry a Capricorn?

Personally I've long had the impression that anyone who marries a Capricorn is a damn fool who's consigning him or herself to years of unbridled misery. Capricornians' whole purpose in life appears to be to mean and spiteful, so is it any wonder that dating websites are crammed with divorced examples of the breed, like they are with similarly-unbearable Scorpios and Leos?

And yet Prince William's gone and married a Capricorn, fer Chrissakes. Bearing in mind that his birthday is 21 June, right on the cusp between Gemini and Leo, what are the chances of their marriage actually enduring? Will the Middleton bint ever actually be Queen Kate or are they more likely to split up within the next ten years?

Anyone care to air an educated opinion?

What I feel is that it isn't really a choice as people might think. As a royal, there are constraints.. and likely she has already been chosen before anything.

I don't think they will split though, for some reason they have already gone through a major hurdle. Prince Wills married after seperating from her for a good 7 over years? And they married during their Saturn returns. It is a blessed union and not a one off..

The only time we are mean and spiteful is when someone drives us to it! lol! There's a lot more to Cap on the inside than we will show on the outside. Take the time to get to know us and you might feel differently.

What about concern for Kate for marrying a Gem?

I don't think he was crazy at all. Besides, she's a Capricorn woman, not a Cap man. I usually think women are nuts when they marry one of them lol.

Kate will hold it down, I'm sure, and look good doing it. If there is any manipulation, it would be for the better good of them both.

Robert and Myra Kraft were a Gemini/Cap couple and he didn't seem miserable at all.

I reckon old Wills'll end up feeling like he's trapped in a sack with a particularly scratchy cat. What with plenty of royal precedents divorce-wise (Princess Margaret, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew etc.), I doubt anyone'd think the less of him for giving her the heave-ho after a few years, by which time she'll probably have given him so much grief that all his hair will have fallen out.

Truecap, I know what you mean about marrying a Gemini, but I'm guessing Prince William's probably a very atypical one if he's a Gemini at all. As for his compatibility with Capricorns, maybe he just enjoys the company of women who treat him like garbage.

Inana04, I'm guessing Robert and Myra Kraft were so busy that they hardly ever saw each other and were too exhausted to fight when they did. Either that or else they simply enjoyed making each other's lives a misery. But please let's not forget the disastrous Gemini-Capricorn marriage of Paul McCartney and Heather Mills....

We know they are controlling, but its the coldness and lack of attention giving that grates me. Dealing with a cap woman will make you realise Geminis arent the mean folks were portrayed to be, there are others out there who have us beat. William chose her, and you cant force a Gemini to be with a woman he doesnt like. He would never marry a woman he didnt think would be long term.

Their marriage had nothing to do with Astrology but everything to do with bloodlines. Look up Royal bloodlines and you'll understand. Prince William and Kate were related through bloodlines long before they got married.

Now do certain dates have meaning to these elites? Of course they do. They often plan events on days with historic meanings or that have meaning to their inside cult. You can see the same with Prince Charles and Princess Diana from their marriage to her death. I could go on and on, but this aspect of the discussion belongs on another board.

Can they be trusted though? Ive heard they are loyal but am curious how so. Obviously Kate wont mess around, but what about the peasant Cap girl?

Im not sure about the treating men like gold bit. Perhaps men from other signs, but not sure about a Gemini. Gemini men generally arent exactly the brute aggressive types and deplore enslaving anyone, so she may 'walk' all over him in a way. He'll seek equality between them, and she'll seek to maintain her dominance and control.

Capricorn women are very possessive and controlling and yes, i think we will mow down weaker signs. And I know I don;t speak for all Cap women but i kind of like being "enslaved" to certain degree with the right person, it makes me feel safe. Everyone is so afraid of "control" they want their "freedom". b;ah blah blah whatever, i sort of the like the controlling aspects of a relationship on both sides, its a turn on to me

But how will they last if she wants to wear the pants? So as a guy, if I try assume control of the relationship with a cap woman will she leave?

she might act like she wants to wear the pants but deep down we want you to. it will make her respect you and make her want to stay more.

Ahhh, interesting. But it feels like a slippery balancing act. Trying to be the man when youre with a bully female and trying to not man up too much to the point you scare her off. Weve had our ups and downs but still together. I conceded control long ago, infact I never had it and cant see her handing it to me now hahaha..I like to relax in life and be comfortable, so constant struggles over power become tedious. I can adjust easily and live anywhere, but shes very rigid. I also over analyse stuff so trust issues and suspicions are never far off.
