I have used this method for years and it works . No toxic , no plastics, no irons in the bowels. It is safe, healthy and free.

The alleged STDs : Sex should not be done with suspicion , if not confident about the health of a person (a good immune system is the best protection ) , should not have sex with . And sex should not be dry , sterile and whit plastic odor.

What happens to humans?

This woman explains in your language better than I do.

Only need a thermometer, a little observation to your physical symptoms and free App "OvuView". Takes a minute each morning.

Yep, I've used it for 8 years. I don't chart or use a program (fertility friend) anymore but did for 4 years. Now I know my body well enough to avoid my 4 fertile days without reservation. I'm with the same partner for decades and know without a doubt that he won't cheat, so STDs aren't an issue for us.

I will say that sex without hormonal birth control is the best I've ever had. Hormones seriously messed me up after being on them for 18 years, I'll never go back on them.

For this reason I opened this thread , for more women know it's possible. I said the same thing here a few months ago and was not very well received. I am glad to find two women who practice. And yes, sex is better, I'm allergic to latex and take pills several years, it´s terrible. Ignorance about leaving was an obligation for me. As the woman in the video says , these things should be taught in schools, Pills destroy the health and and negatively affect the relationships.

What's this about? Charting fertility? No need. You can tell by your vaginal discharge if your fertile.... Gross right?

Ha-ha

It's simple. I can go further into details upon request
Nope, not everyone has the patterns that indicates ovulation. Cervical position, mucous and temperature combined make it dead clear, no room for doubt.
I congratulate you on bring this to awareness. It's such a simple thing to do.

And so much healthier. And MUCH better sex for both.

100% agree that tracking fertility signs consistently can be very effective.

I've charted my cycle for years and used this method, and I've never been pregnant yet I definitely seem to be fertile (indicators I can check).

I have a very regular cycle, which makes it easier for me than some women. It will only be altered if I'm under significant stress, and even then it's only off by a few days.

Irregular cycles that are ongoing show hormonal issues that can often be addressed with diet and sometimes supplements. Women who have very irregular cycles can still use these methods but they have to be more diligent with checking everything.
