Posted by sultrykittyFor this reason I opened this thread , for more women know it's possible. I said the same thing here a few months ago and was not very well received. I am glad to find two women who practice. And yes, sex is better, I'm allergic to latex and take pills several years, it´s terrible. Ignorance about leaving was an obligation for me. As the woman in the video says , these things should be taught in schools, Pills destroy the health and and negatively affect the relationships.
Yep, I've used it for 8 years. I don't chart or use a program (fertility friend) anymore but did for 4 years. Now I know my body well enough to avoid my 4 fertile days without reservation. I'm with the same partner for decades and know without a doubt that he won't cheat, so STDs aren't an issue for us.
I will say that sex without hormonal birth control is the best I've ever had. Hormones seriously messed me up after being on them for 18 years, I'll never go back on them.

Posted by busyeyes88Lol I think British physiology is the same as in the US.

Posted by RainDancerThey do touch on that in the book. Every woman's cycle I'd affected by the moon.
What I do, and mind you I'm not having regular sex at all..., is I use the moon.
I don't take bc, and what's weird as fuck is my period comes on the full moon - like clockwork! This means I'm fertile before the new moon. Most calenders have a noon phase on it.

Posted by RainDancerNope, not everyone has the patterns that indicates ovulation. Cervical position, mucous and temperature combined make it dead clear, no room for doubt.
What's this about? Charting fertility? No need. You can tell by your vaginal discharge if your fertile.... Gross right?
Ha-ha
It's simple. I can go further into details upon request

The alleged STDs : Sex should not be done with suspicion , if not confident about the health of a person (a good immune system is the best protection ) , should not have sex with . And sex should not be dry , sterile and whit plastic odor.
What happens to humans?
This woman explains in your language better than I do.
Only need a thermometer, a little observation to your physical symptoms and free App "OvuView". Takes a minute each morning.
