Finals week was a bitch! I stayed up all night on several occasions and crammed like a mofo to pass my classes! Now that it's over and I finally have time to rest, I can't. 😢
Last night I went to bed at around 4:30 and woke up at 7 or so. I'm so tired. My head hurts and I want to sleep, but I can't relax at all. For the past couple days I've been staying up all night and getting only 2-5 hours of sleep. Even when I try to lay down, I just get all weird and uncomfortable.
I'm going to buy my sister a jacket for Christmas and do some other shopping. While I'm out I plan on buying some sleeping pills. Would it be appropriate to take sleeping pills at a time like this? I know that they can become addictive, but I've never had that issue before as I'm hyper aware that HARD-drug and alcohol addiction run in my family. At the end of the day, I'm going to have to change something about my life style but until then imt debating on those pills.
Has anyone else dealt with this or know of any remedies other than jistt "laying down" or counting sheep?
