Lately I feel like I'm going a little insane... I'm finding it hard to fall asleep because I keep getting this irritable feeling all over, I don't have pain it's just making me toss and turn. Quite often it feels like I need to hurt myself like punch a wall or just throw myself at the wall (I know this sounds fuckin insane)... I also get the sensation of needing to remove my teeth... maybe I'm going crazy.
