Hey Cappy,
3 yrs ago I was working a lot and I put on a lot of muscles and my breasts went up two cup sizes (one cup while I was working out, and another one after I quit and gained around 10-12 lbs in a year). My trainer had warned me about it but I did not listen. So, working out your chest too hard is not good.
I have just started dieting this week to reduce not my total weight but also my breast size (they started to become really uncomfortable lately). My goal is to lose 30 lbs in 3 months. I am doing it just basically counting calories (1100 calories a day maximum but Im eating whatever I want) and only cutting back near completely on sugar, salt and whitebread while increasing my daily activity a bit (not using elevators, parking at far places, walking longer during shopping, etc.). After I lose some weight I will start doing cardio and light weight lifting.
It seems working well so far. I have already lost 3,5 lbs in the first week and I dont feel hungry, dizzy or anything like that. Another difference is; I always drink lots of water but since I was taking too much salt with it, my hands and feet were swollen all the time, making me feel like I was fatter & fuller. Now, that went away and I feel much much better.
I also started sun-tanning this week, because a tanned body looks a little bit lighter, always 😉
Anybody else is trying to loose weight?

Oh come on...
If a guy is going to flock toward you just because your breast size that guy is a dang doosh.
And always take responsibility for the state of your body. It reflects the mind. The body is the mold.

My breasts are growing too. I have no idea why! I haven't gained ant waight, I'm the same as always. Ever sense I turned 24 and single they have been growing. It's like they are sending out a message to the world saying "look at us, ! We want a man" 😄 It's embarrising... I swear I have no control over them. The last thing I want is people staring at my breasts. Thankfully they were pretty small to beging with... 😄

Yeah and you would probably get back problems too cap if they grew that much.

Currently, I'm loosing weight but my breasts seem to be getting bigger. How does that work? I'm a biology major and this kind of thing goes against all that I've learned so far.
Last time, I lost weight, my breast went down too lol, but this time its different. Is it because I'm getting older?
Is this a hormonal thing? if so, maybe I need to see the doctor?
