Is anyone a Leo sun pisces moon here or know anyone with this combi?

I was noticing something strange about this combi. They can be very cruel. As in, the Leo sun does something to the Pisces moon and it can go either way.

For instance, Elizabeth Bathory, the blood countess, is a Leo/Pisces.

I had a friend from school who I knew since childhood.. She grew from an animal lover to a cruel person.

I do not have this exact combination but I am Leo Sun with a water moon (Scorpio). I also have Scorpio Rising.

I can be very cruel. I can also be very nice. Fire and water usually make steam which can be associated which a horrible temper. If not for my Mars in Taurus which makes me slow to anger, I would have surely committed a homicide by now. It takes me a long time to get mad but when I do, it's all bad.

For me, I always have an internal conflict going on. You see my Sun sign is Fire and that is how the world sees me. My moon sign is Water (dark Water no less) so I have a bright shining personality most of the time on the outside and then I have this doom and impending gloom thing going on inside.

If you are really into astro stuff then the term Sun square Moon might help you understand better.

Hope this helps

Thanks, yeah I get you on the Sun Square moon aspect..

Looks like I don't know leos as well as I thought.

I figured, by symbolism, that Leo would override pisces in the moon, making both afflicted in an unbalanced way.. that means they can appear soft but are filled with resentful cruelty due to the sun's mixed influence.

I have found that Leo sun Gemini moons consistently came out tops intellectually. Obama is a good example.

Thanks Seraph.

I am looking it at from another POV, instead of merely technical "inconjunct" or "square" aspects. I believe different combinations of the star signs give rise to something unique. Call it "umami".. I think it's just how I see things. I tend to want to go a step further to get my intuition up in gear.. I take each star sign almost as a unique entity for a different angle of seeing things.

This combination, in any case, will exude a lot of creativity and heartfelt interest in others, but the problem will be inner conflict, and a consistent need to "adjust." You're combining Leo's natural aggression and firey, direct approach, with Pisces Moon's sensitivity and humility. Not that either sign is incapable of demonstrating either characteristic, but the tendencies clash. Leonine "humility" does not come from a Piscean place, and likewise Piscean "assertiveness" would not come from Leonine roots. Each sign traverses its own custom-made spectrum, and other signs in a chart complement that spectrum or they don't.

Agreed with this. If you see someone cruel with this combi, I would believe the Leo sun has overridden the Piscean moon to a degree, of almost hurting the bearer.. that they take it out externally...

You do know your teas, too!

Bathory deal sounds like it was quite the conspiracy-- but who knows.

It's interesting to note that the king who initially intended to sentence her to death was relieved of his substantial debt to her through the course of the proceedings.

Here is her chart-- http://www.astrotheme.com/astrology/Elizabeth_B% C3% A1thory">E Bathory Chart

How was he relieved of substantial debt?
And yep I went to astrotheme also

I believe it was part of the bargain to keep her from being executed.

After the trial, her lands were seized and the debt canceled.

Anyway, if she was dead, how would she receive the payment?

This is excerpted from wiki (and sourced, if you're a stickler for that kind of thing), but there is plenty of available info on this topic:

"L??szl?_ Nagy has argued that Elizabeth B??thory was a victim of a conspiracy, a view opposed by others. Nagy argued that the proceedings were largely politically motivated. The theory is consistent with Hungarian history at that time. There was great conflict between religions, including Protestant ones, and this was related to the extension of Habsburg power over Hungary. As a Transylvanian Protestant aristocrat, Elizabeth belonged to a group generally opposed to the Habsburgs."

"King Matthias requested that Elizabeth be sentenced to death. It was also determined that Matthias would not have to repay his large debt to her, for which he lacked sufficient funds."

If you already viewed her chart, I'm surprised you didn't notice any of her other aspects.

Also, I ran her chart on astro.com, and it automatically ran it on the Gregorian calendar ("1560 greg").

The results were very similar, except for the Moon, but I don't know if that has anything to do with the calendar used.

Since many defer to this site around here, I'm going to run with its results which were a little different. *

Her time of birth is "unknown"; regardless, her moon is either in Libra or Scorpio, depending on time of day.

If, for whatever reason, this is incorrect-- this is the chart from Astrotheme:

I'd be interested to know if Leo Sun/Pisces Moon is a viable indicator of "serial killer" tendencies, here.

In either chart, of course. 😉

She grew from an animal lover to a cruel person.

Are you saying she is now cruel to animals?

* If any of the more seasoned posters could clarify, regarding the correct calendar, I would appreciate it. 🙂

I am a leo sun pisces moon and, I have got to say this is a very interesting topic ! lol
I think for the most part I am usually overly kind hearted or sympathetic with most things... or at least I am told.

I can't stand to watch somebody even kill a spider or hurt anything that is living, so the animal abuse thing is very shocking and downright hurtful

I do see however how we have a twisted side... I have a tendency to over rationalize and empathize about things until finally, much much later my leo anger says "OKAY I'VE HAD ENOUGH" and at that point I listen to a lot of metal and drown in all and any negative emotions I might have just waiting and stewing, sometimes for weeks at a time....

basically Leo sun Pisces moon is probably the most bipolar combination that there is... but when we love and are loved, I assure you we have big hearts... just don't F*** with us 😉

I dated a Leo sun and Picses moon not too long ago. He was incredibly hard to predict. Sometimes he would become verbally abusive through texts. He would swing from telling me he loved me to being completely cold. He was quite cruel at times too. I believe it goes back to the self-centred nature of leos mixed with the emotional and changing nature of picses. Its like larger than life drama plus emotional sensitivity. Maybe with age and emotional distancing things can eventually stabilize.

i am this!! and i often think of the kind of effect it has on me.

* "This combination, in any case, will exude a lot of creativity and heartfelt interest in others, but the problem will be inner conflict, and a consistent need to "adjust."

i am a super nice/friendly person, and i come off as sincere (i think), but at the same time i feel conflicted between two personalities.
sometimes i am sunny and extroverted and other times i just want to be super anti social and i become shy and nervous.

** "I do see however how we have a twisted side... I have a tendency to over rationalize and empathize about things until finally, much much later my leo anger says "OKAY I'VE HAD ENOUGH"

I also feel this way, although i do have a libra rising which may have to do with keeping things fair and empathize with people.
but i it's not always about that, i feel like everyone kind of deserves a chance in whatever situation, unless they seem kind of ruthless. though even then i do tend to emphasize, and try and find the reason behind their behaviour.

I was also seeing a Leo sun Pisces moon guy for a while. he in fact had the same birthday as me, weird. but he kind of was like this actually, i expected him to be a lot sweeter because of the pisces moon, but he was kind of a jerk actually.

i'm often confused, but i like being the cat and the fish.
gives to super different aspects to things.

I spoke to my sister last night and she recently had a conversation with my nephew who is a Leo/Sun, Pisces/Moon.
He's having a hard time.
He's very moody.
He's addicted to drama and alcohol.
He blows his money and calls his mom to help cover the loss.
He has a good job and has art all over his city.
However, with the new job he is not able to spend time on his art.
I think the loss of doing his art has sent him in a depression.

He moved to a new city, where there is no family and he is forced to fend for himself.
Keep in mind he stole his mothers money.
She sent him with a few hundred dollars to go pay bills, but instead he used the money to make a spontaneous move to another city.

He's reaping what he sowed.
My sister is considering a move to the same city but she really doesn't want to be apart of his drama making.
