Gemini female and Libra male at work

Any thoughts on this situation. I work with guy who, from the first minute he met me he was staring at me like he had never seen a woman before. Now several months later, he has managed to get my contracts at work extended, he pulled some strings. He tells me he cares about me, he reminds me he is the one who got me to stay on at work.No one can say anything behind my back, he defends me at all costs. Then he said something the other day about some guy talking to me as in he probably said he loved you. He reminds me how much he cares about me every day. Its so obvious to people at work the way he stares at me, so I turn the otherway. I am totally confused with him. We are in a white corporate world and we are both older, not kids. He's a married guy, and I am with someone. He is relentless, he manages to go behind my back and get me on projects with him, without my approval. The sexual chemistry is definitely there, and its hard to work with him at times. I am afraid this is going to lead to somethine more and when i am around him I can't say no to this guy, he sucks me in. The latest is we both got offices in another building where no one can see our connection in our dept. He arranged that too. Any thoughts on what this guy is up to? IF it was an affair, wouldn't he have approached that by now? I am a Gemini and I like to be prepared, but i can't make sense of him. I could swear he thinks he is in love with me. this is so confusing.i think the worst part is, i am not happy in my relationship and he knows it. I think he is using my vulnerabilities against me to get his way. I want to believe he is just caring, but this is too way out there.

Thanks. I appreciate everyone's opinion, interesting. Yes, I am a Gemini. I am sure I give off the wrong vibes. Yes, the chemistry is there. But i didn't plan on him being married. He's keeping me employed, and I think it can be fun at times. Not sure what he is up to next. He is not from the US either. So his S.American charm and good looks make it even harder to resist. But at least going to work is fun!

Astrologically and in theory, yes gemini and libra is a good match but realistically, you're only dealing with sun sign here, then the moon, mercury and others come into play, no? I mean say you come across 1 million of the opposite sign you're supposed to get alone with and understand your nature, are you attracted to every single one? even if you are, are you gonna get involved with each one you come across? or is the fact that they carry a sun sign blinding you from what really is?

No, I loved him, he just couldn't accept my free spirit, and he was possessive and controlling....He still does sweet things for me, all the time...but its coming from a completely manipulative place. Libra as air signs as you know have no need for people to attach to or possess ... trust me even my libra friends that are male do sweet little things for me all the time, even the married one, it's in the nature of the sign to idealise and romaticise a lot of things... it may not have anything to even do with the person they're seeing. Some people think like that so a lot of people misinterpret motives... I get that too... even when I don't even care that much.
