It sounds like he is generally afraid and not in control of his life. Maybe you find that attractive and even empathic. But what seems cute about it now will likely become a real pain and annoyance in the future.

Wow, dear, you received many undeducated replies I see... In my opinion, I can understand you maybe love him and want him leave his GF, I only want to tell you, if you feel he loves you too , if he did something for you to show his love, you can not show him that you are jealous, just make him wants you more, be happy and like a diamond around him, give him what hif GF don;t give to him, and if get in you what his GF did not offer, he will leave her . But usually a Libra not say he has other GF , in the case he say this, that means he only want to use you in some way and if you accept this, is your choice. Aanyway, there are situations and situations, sometimes is complicated for him to leave his GF , in my case with another man before, it was. The girl always threated him and he was afraid of her, at least things was happened that they got married and I was somewhere out of their life and I was not feel hurt. You know why ? Because I loved him and this love did not let me leaved him even I knew he has a GF. But when I knew they married, I was feel peace in my heart and it was just like : "God, is good you take this decision because I was unable to leave him from too much love and I am happy for him if he is happy now" . So think in this way, you will see anything would happen, you will feel ok. Just be strong. At least I am sure you are a strong woman who want a man with any price, so you can try, if the fate will be other, then you will move on in one day . But you can also have the surpprise he choice you. So try. I always say this, try if not try will feel sorry later because you didn't tried. Good luck !
