I think Amytheyst has it right tbh. Im a libra and ill be friends with exes on occassion but in reality im either still interested or completely over them. If he is still into them then he should cowboy up, become a man, and concentrate on his current relationship. If hes not then he will be friends with them but nothing more and you have nothing to worry about.

He only told me bits and piece about the ex & her stuff was still in his apartment & she came back to get her stuff A Year Later (huh) we were together for almost 3 year....so im not N secure not at all,Libra will leave the door opening to anybody no matter how bad the person has treated them So Sad.........than they never want to talk abt the problem they just want you to sweep it under the rug & welcome them back with open arms to never speak of it again.....

I actually can relate to what you're saying this guy did. I have been there too. It sucks. I didn't get involved with anyone else because I knew I didn't have my stuff together.

What is the time frame on all this? You were with him for three years, she kept her stuff in his house for one year after they split... so that was two years ago? Why is this ex still a problem now?

It can be very bad that we are so forgiving. Leaving the door open for someone who hurt him like that would have been hard on him too, I hope that situation has changed if it's been that long ago.

@Librasid this all happening a year go that's how long we have been break up...but the reason the ex is still in the back of my mine is because he wants my come back down there & when I say no cuz we haven't talk abt the problem that got us to this point he gets mad,
& will not answer any question or talk over the question & gives me the silent treatment for weeks or close to a month, but when he doses call back he acts like we never got in argument & what's use to go back to normal (how) this was a ldr

Wait so you are complaining about him keeping exes in his life and it impacting his new relationships, yet you two have been broken up for over a year and he still is trying to get back with you?!

All that aside, you should cut him out completely. You've been broken up for a year. You still have feelings for him or you wouldn't want to sort out the details of the past. His refusal to talk about it makes his stance pretty clear. I know this will sound harsh/cold but I don't mean it that way... it's a genuine question... What are you holding on to?

the problem that got us to this point

The title says you had a question for us but now (knowing that the situation with his ex you are talking about is several years old) it seems like the first post is just venting about how confusing we can be.

What questions are you trying to get him to talk about that causes him to shut down for weeks at a time?

Keeping an ex as a friend is fine. It's normal for Libras.

Keeping one that likes drama... he isn't over her yet. That's why he kept her stuff there for so long. That's why he continued to put up with her craziness. You mentioned that she treated him badly but he keeps his door open... he hadn't moved on yet.

If someone is really bad to us we will cut them out completely.

Me and my ex fiance are best friends. He has just started a new relationship, obviously as we are best friends we are in regualar contact with eachother. The girl does not have a problem with it. She is a Libra (infact born 2 days after me) most of her frinds are male and some of them are her ex's. It's nice when you meet people just like you 🙂

yeah cuz there both Libras & they think it's normal to keep there past baggies...

I actually admire that libras can be friends with their exes, I think it shows that they actually don't dwell in the past by moving the relationship of the ex and themselves back to a new bright beginning, they know that a ex is a ex, but to take that and turn it back to friendship relationship is amazing to me.

Not a lot of individuals can do this as most are hurt or have grudges over past relationships that they are still holding onto, I believe these are the ones that are acutally holding onto the past.
