Posted by K_1018I used to play netball, went ice skating and was way more active in my younger days! Im kinda jealous of these people that can actually carry fat and look good! Like it suits them, I feel like I get fat and I just look like a walking skin sack with loose fat inside.
I've never been the workout type, but I used to dance, so that was fun way to stay fit . Since I stopped my body isn't what it used to be, but even at its worst, it still looks good. I'd like to do more, but I don't know what to do. Lol

Posted by LibraLovesHimWell, that's another "tip" for next week. We here in the good old USA prefer (I do) wheat bread versus white processed flour; because wheat flour is better digested. I'm sure ya'll don't have wheat bread in your country and if ya'll do, it's not as popular. Yummmmmmmmmmmm olive oil! Nowadays its genetically modified, it raises blood sugar and contains a super starch in it which is awful for us, aswell as a certain protein which makes us crave MORE of it! Im so sick of the modern way of interfering with the natural process of everything in order to produce more=earn more. I try to stick to as natural as possible when and where I can afford. I've always been able to eat a lot without gaining weight. My man loves watching me eat. I love food and I'll eat with great appetite. Most people are shocked when they see how much I eat.
I think the difference is I love healthy food. I love fruits and veggies and I don't like junk food that much. I'm not super active at the gym. I prefer outdoor activity.
I'm a 4-6 US size and 6-8 UK size I believe.
