Oh deary lawd, Libra and I are buddies again!

My office is Libra boss, Libra colleague, Cancer and Pisces.
We - the five of us, make a team to be proud of but lately Libra jnr and I were experiencing tension and we didn't even know why.
But I brought us both a coffee this morning and now we are happy again.
I'm just really stoked =)

Thanks for the negativity...

I was expressing a little gratitude for his friendship, we are absolute Besties and make a great team, he was having issues at home juggling family commitments for the long weekend and had a knee op two weeks ago still troubling him.
He was snapping left, right and centre at any body for anything.
You could ask him to pass a pen and you would lose a couple of fingers.

So I thought, he needs a break and not more confrontation.
So I picked up a coffee for him this morning and the paper on my way in to work, and he had a big smile on his face and everything feels lovely again =)

Yeh, you know I just thought- who needs to bring that crap into work...
it's better keeping things positive when someone feels down, espesh for my buddy libra 🙂
Libra responds really well to that, and so we built a bridge and got over it YAY!

well, that where the tension was.
He was coping with something personal and unfortunately it was affecting not just me but others at work.
He copped a little good-natured ribbing= 'old grumpy pants' that sort of thing, but that didn't cheer him up (it usually does, we always laugh at ourselves here and it helps)
so I figured it wasn't just a mood... And THAT'S what friends are for ;P

AND I can't wait to come into work after the weekend and everyone will be feeling up again! 😄
Libras are some of my fave people... They are good eggs. I appreciate them.
This was a learning curve for me too, in my experience if they don't have a problem with you then they will never take their other problems out on you.
Which is really lovely and rare in a world full of people who use the people around them as sounding boards for all their negativity etc
So, it must be really tough if it's affecting their mood at work you know? Very out of character...

Cool 🙂 I have great experience with Leo colleagues. Always the one to give a helping hand and cheer up the atmosphere, both team players and solo players.

I think there are potential hiccups in any professional situation, but in my experience so far we really riff well together...
Or at least, we come through to the other side still friends.
It takes a little time maybe, but it's solid.
