I wrote a lengthy post but I noticed this site didn't post it. It was about my libra friend married to an abusive gemini asshole. I'm lazy to write everything down again, but I'll just write the important parts.

She came to visit me yesterday & she's still here with 4 of her 5 kids...her 1st born ran away a wk ago. She is 15. The mom is 32 btw, she married young. Her husband is having an affair. The mistress has a kid by him & he has the kid's pic as a screensaver on his phone. He sleeps there everday, with the mistress & returns home in the morning. He's angry with her because he thinks she is pregnant, she is not pregnant, her tummy is bloated due to liver problems. He refuses to buy kid clothes for Eid. He beat her up when she asked him for food to cook for the children on Eid, which is why she is here now. The 15 year old says she's unhappy with how the father is treating them & their mom. The story is long & sad I'm just to lazy to retype everything.

SN: stories like this make me to never want to marry again. As a matter of fact, I'll never marry again. Too many unhappily married women.

Are you trying to imply that all libras stay in abusive relationships? because if so your sadly mistaken. I've never even gotten popped by dad when I was a child. I'm not that woman that would be "like oh I don't wanna put him in jail, we have kids." I'd have the kids waving bye while they slap the cuffs on. But that's just me.

Yes that's exactly what I'm implying. I know of one more libra girl I just met recently & her situation is not better that the one above. The sad part is that instead of leaving, she thinks she has bad luck. The friend I wrote about above said the exact same thing " Ever since we moved from Durban, my life & marriage have been plagued by bad luck"

Another person on here, forgot who it was, wrote of her libra bff being unable to leave a shitty relationship.

Yeah this has really nothing to do with being a Libra. Abusers usually emotionally destroy their victims before it becomes physical. At this point she has done the right thing and moved out, but she will need to definitely to stick to it.

She's going back, he's on his way here to take them back home. I agree with what you say, but her situation (and the other one's situation) reminded me of a story someone wrote on here..I think it was taurusnikki if I'm not mistaken. And most people into astrology say that librans do like to stay longer than necessary in situations they should have left eons ago, so I'm trying to understand WHY.

This greatly saddens me and breaks my heart while at the same time making me want to kill people. I don't really know about Libras in general, but reading this made me think about the one who hangs out in our forum a lot. I really wish everyone in an abusive relationship would not just talk about it, but also take the necessary action to get out and stay out of them. Certainly these people are worth more than the value they give their "relationship". All we can do is outstretch our hands to them. Afterwards, it's up to them to grab it and like in Spirited Away, DON'T TURN AROUND.

Well I'm a full blown Libra and I'm here to tell you I DO NOT AND WILL NEVER tolerate a man putting his hands on me in an abusive manner.

As far as Libra's not being able to leave an unhealthy or "shitty" relationship as you so blantly put it, it's no different from any other sign staying in the relationship because TO THEM it's not shitty, and can be fixed and they want to be sure they gave 110% before leaving. I've never been in a physically abusive relationship and never would, however I have endured some emotionally unhealthy ones. The main reason I stayed is because I like to be able to tell myself I gave it my all, and it's their lost not mines. The quickest way to get my high heels marching out the door without look back is to bring another woman into the picture. I'm out of there like lightening. Some say that's petty, but hey we all have our breaking points. Mines is cheating, and cursing, and arguing too much. UGH!
