I will try to explain more as this thread goes along. But has anyone experienced this white light, through meditative state? I remember seeing this bright white light, I felt warmth, love, serenity, tranquility.....to be honest the feeling of being in this place was so amazing that there really isn't words that can really explain it; you have to truly experience yourself to understand what I'm talking about.

I remember hearing whispering(others talking) , it wasn't really whispering is just that everyone was really soft spoken, I saw orbs they were out lines of a body with each orb, but not full bodies where I could see a face, the orbs were small, medium, big and of different colors as far as white, gold and blue.
I remember seeing my own light, one above my head and one in my heart.

I can't sum this up as a near death experience because I was actually meditating and I believe in my opinion I stood in this state for too long. Because of this I believe I've been now experiencing headaches, and chest pain(soreness in my chest).

Has anyone had this experience of seeing the white light when meditating? Can anyone explain why I would go to this place? I need insight, I'll try to reply back as soon as I can since in sick_??

Too much of anything is bad, even something as great as meditating, I meditate a lot too and recognize some of the things you experience. Everything in good measure. Take care of yourself 🙂

Thank you boom; I wasn't planning on staying that long, I guess the feeling and what I was seeing was so amazing that I honestly didn't want to wake up from it.
Have you ever experienced a white light? And the feeling of ascending?

I think I might of over worked myself; it wasn't intentional, it just happen. I usually have lucid dreams ( a lot of them) where I feel like my whole body is floating, and I feel light almost like flying.
This was so different and I really want to experience it again. To be honest, I didn't want to wake up ; that's how amazing it felt in the place I went: if it wasn't for the sound of a bell ringing in my right ear I probably wouldn't have.

My ex-aquarius was a Reiki &Qi Qong practitioner and deep meditater (is that a word?) His method of meditating was to cultivate the light. He told me it would begin with shards of purple light (being the ego or lower dantian) then gold light (being middle dantian) & finally the white light (being the upper dantian or third eye). He could achieve the white light state for hours but in our practices I could only achieve some mixture of the gold and white light. During these sessions he insisted that I have a meditative partner as it can be very difficult to break a pure white light meditative state and exiting that state incorrectly could really cause some physical, emotional or even spiritual side effects. He would break my meditative state by gently placing his hand on the top of my head. He said it was a gentle way to break the flow of energy and bring me out of that state without harm. It always worked no matter how deep I went. I don't know how he managed to bring himself out of those states on his own, but he is much more skilled at it than I. Maybe you can find a Reiki practitioner or Qi Qong practitioner who can teach you how to break those states on your own...
