That little girl looks creeped out and awkward.

A coworker semi-jokingly told me about this because she knew I have an 8 year old girl. I didn't watch the video cause I'm on my phone but it's the lifetime network thing right? I told her I'd call my daughter what I wanted and didn't appreciate being bossed around...

I just saw it while reading an article. They are trying to promote leadership with girls. My first reaction was seriously, ban the word bossy. Stupid.
