Sometimes I find that other people have more confidence in myself, than I do!!
An example is...
If Im given a task to perform, maybe im my own worst enemy because on the outside im very confident, but on the inside im worrying like hell and i mean "Worrying"
Maybe this is a Cappy Trait because we are all supposed to be cool, calm and collected, but for many of us, I dont think thats really the case, its just an act.

Ive totally forgotten where im going with this, but it would be interesting to know if im the only one who's like this...

I'll admit that I am my own worst critic.

Friends and co-workers are sure that I can do things that leave me questioning myself.

I hid my paintings in the closet but my ex wanted to hang them around the house.

My ex is the only person I would sing around because she said she liked my voice, I am to critical of myself to do it for anyone else.

I sell myself short all the time... I need to stop doing that 🙂

True bravery, confidence, whatever.. is not being fearless (feeling no fear).. it's having the courage to do or try something despite your inner fears.

Even the seemingly most confident people have fears inside them.. they just don't let those fears stop them. I'm like that too.. my friends usually call me "fearless" (in an admiring way)... they say I'm not afraid of anything, I'll try new things and not worry or care if I fail or make a fool of myself. Truth is, sure I've got worries and fears inside, no one likes failing or messing up... but *I* run my life, fear and caution and worry do not.

Plus, I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie (faster! faster! lol).. and a little twinge of fear pumps up adrenaline. So it's all good lol

Depends on the task. If I'm in my comfort zone then yeah I'm confident. If it's something outwith what I'm used to or my level of knowledge/experience it's scary but I get a rush out of it. I love a challenge. So for me there may be an element of fear but there's also an element of excitement there too.
