He lurks in supermarkets luring and enticing young vulnerable kids to the hot dog part to mock them by eating hot dogs in front of them and waving them around their faces.

Here's a low quality picture our cameras took of him actually hijacking a trolley occupied by a mother and her two kids.



Here's a shot of the suspect actually stealing a packet of hot dogs from an innocent young girls hands.
