*venting* omg, what a way to ring in the new year. My tenants called and told me that a pipe froze & broke and the (finished) basement is completely flooded. They had the house at 75-80 degrees. But its just that freaking cold.. -30 with windchill. It was that cold when i lived there and nothing froze, and I kept the house around 50. GAH! *tears hair out* Worst part, only reason *I* don't live there is because I cant afford to. Mortgage is more than I can afford. So. How the f*ck am I going to pay my insurance deductible for this? If its even covered? *curls up in a ball and dies*
