Wow, I can't believe Katherine Hepburn died. S'pose it had to come sometime though... 96 and in her own home. Guess I'm just a bit upset, and shocked. I just wanted to pay her a tribute. Rest in peace Katherine Hepburn 😉

I read some of her autobiography...she was ahead of her time...she had little time for hollywood and all its glam and glitter....she preferred to go round in baseball cap and baggy trousers and shirt than to wear a dress...only time she wore a dress was for the oscars of which she won four...only fenale in hollywood to have done this.....she wasn't a sexual siren like Lauren Bacall or Sophia Loren but she had an air and sexual energy about her that she was "slightly unavailable"!! and just "didn't care"!! if you were interested in her or not!! and if that isn't god-dam sexy, I don't what is— What is more frustrating or alluring than someone whom you know who just doesn't give a dam as to what your good opinion of them is—?......she was one classy, sassy lady.....OK her affair with Spencer Tracy was one of hollywood's best kept secrects....when he died, she rang his wife to commiserate...his wife retorted...."I thought you were only just a rumour" ....to which Catherine replied...."some rumour I am for these past 30 years"!!! What a woman, What a file!!!
