Well, I would avoid taking more than twice the recommended dosage. You can get 800 miligram pills now, though, I think, so I would try that before you down the entire bottle. Don't make me come over there and take those from you...lol

Alright. For instant relief, take twice the recommended dosage of NyQuil or generic equivalent. You won't die, but you will fall asleep...fast. And sleep is what you need the most, next to water, when you're sick.

If you don't have NyQuil, take Excedrin P.M. If you don't have that, drink 3 beers in rapid succession. And I'm not kidding.

whenever i get sick, i never take medicine, dont know why, i heard its better if you dont because then the virus wont get immune to it, etc etc, but i never really thought of that, just never took it and i just gradually healed on my own. I'm so weird, i tend to do the opposite in the seasons, such as when its summer i wear clothing that you'd only suspect in the winter, and vice versa.

I never take medicine usually. I've always been a firm believer that sickness is caused by a state of mind, and thinking hard about getting better will cause you to get better. Oh well... I'd say it works for me, but I can't really explain how it works.

I don't think the avoidance of taking meds to prevent virus immunity buildup *works* .. Whatever you catch was the thing that survived living in the last person before you.
