A.I: Artificial Intelligence - Two scenes here, one after the other.
(1) Everything that happened right before Gigalo Joe (Jude Law) goes "I am. I was." Very sad, that. And
(2) Come on. You KNOW your stomach sank when the narrator explains that Hailey Joel Osment's character spends the next few hundred years in a submarine deep within the ocean praying to a statue to make him a real boy. Wow.
Inception - the fight scene in the hotel lobby where everything tilts sideways. Then the zero gravity fight scene after. If you look in the background of the latter scene you can actually see the desk and gun that the Arthur character knocked out of the other guy's hand floating! Nuts! ("Give him the kick! Dunk him!")
