Anyone ever use a Pod service when moving? What was your experience?
It seems like such an easy scenario. They drop off the storage container. You load up your stuff, then a truck comes out, extends it's "arms" and lifts it up to the truck and they drive it where you want to go and set it down where you want it. You move your stuff out, then they come pick it up. Seems great if you've got to store it for a short time and don't have to load and reload as you would if you had rented a storage building.
If you've used this service, did you have any problems. Did things get broken? Did they show up when they were supposed to? Etc.
I'm only moving ten miles down the road from the country into town and I might be in limbo until I can close on the new house. Have a place to stay, temporarily, but I didn't want to move my stuff twice.
