Isn't stupid how some people will fight to the death over an idea— I mean really, some people get so offended over somethings sometimes, like for instance religion, that they are willing to die for their beliefs. And in the end, they are really more interested in winning a fight, and totally forget what they were preaching to begin with. People get so pissed off for no reason. People forget they have just as little proof to back up their opinion as the oposing argument does. They fight dirty. They forget ethics. What's wrong here— Why do people get so emotional and so picky when it comes to things that can't be proven. And now, I garuntee you that someone is going to argue with me that religion can be proven. And I bet they are probably willing to go to their death bed arguing with me on this topic, but they'd only be proving me correct.

LOL Morgan..so true.

Personally, I don't think it is bad to die for your beliefs or principles...if you feel that strongly about them. Doesn't mean you are right or wrong, just that you are person of integrity and faith I guess. Doesn't have to only be about religion..there are other things worth dying for...family for eg.

You hit the nail on the head though, ppl are generally farked up, but isn't that a good thing soemtimes? I mean if we were all the same wouldn't the world be a boring place?

It is sometimes a good thing, I'll agree to that. However, there are times when principles just aren't worth death, a lot of times when the argument is really petty, but the arguers refuse to admit this. That's when it becomes extremely annoying.

Disclaimer: Don't anyone call me a hypocrite (Gwen), I know I get heated up sometimes, but I usually know when to pull back.
