I can't tell you now...that GemsRa isn't going to like you.
I highly doubt that she's a fan of manipulative, full of shit, cunts.

Why?
if i wanted to change, i would just do it, no matter if it is tuesday or sunday...
yesterday was just another day... i dont see the need to do anything different today..click to expand

I don't make resolutions per se, i.e a fixed quota of tasks that should be met. Instead, I meditate over the events of the past year and evaluate as objectively as I possiblely can - all BS aside - to try to identify what worked for me and what didn't, what needs to stop, what I can work on, be it personally, spiritually, academically, socially, etc.. and try to implement the best parts and delete the worst, and keep it moving into the new year.

Do you make resolutions? Do you keep them? Do you write them down to track your progress?
I like to make New Years resolutions, but only for a three month period.... feels more doable. Then, I'll either add on to them and revamp or lay out a whole new three month challenge. Sometimes personal, sometimes fitness related depending on where I am at.
My 2012 1st quarter resolutions:
1. Run 75 miles.
2. Climb 250 flights of stairs.
3. Complete 15 boot camp fitness classes at my local gym.
3. Park in the furthest spaces of parking lots.
3. Daily affirmations when brushing my teeth.
4. Work sales goals.
(I would increase my flights of stairs, but I don't frequent places with stairs, like say, an office building. However, it's a great way to stay challeneged and keep an eye out to avoid the elevators.)
Previous things I have done to challenge myself were limiting tv watching, drinking a certain amount of water every day, tracking calories consumed, writing weekly letters to my grandmother, phone calls to mom, ALWAYS have work goals, etc. etc.
I keep track of my fitness goals in my phone in a notebook application. Writing down your goals and holding yourself accountable works! Also, setting realistic, achievable goals is important. Unrealistic goals actually demotivate you!

😄 Thankee! I've been working hard. No, the 'before' pics won't be going up, I cringe when I see them. Make me a sad ol' panda bear.
