(SCORPIO) Oscar Pistorius kills girlfriend

Oscar Pistorius is a South African Paralympic star, born 22 November 1986 in Johannesburg.

On the morning of 14 February South Africans woke up to the sad news that Reeva Steenkamp (model) was shot and killed by her boyfriend of few months, Oscar Pistorius.

Reeva sustained shots to the head, hand, hip and arm. Her skull was also factured.

Police spokesperson Denise Beukes told reporters that police had been previously called (on the 13th) for a domestic dispute (apparently he was in a jealous rage, he thought she was cheating) between involving the couple.

According to Pistorius' affidavit, here and I quote..."I woke up at 3am, went to the balcony to bring the fan in and to close the sliding door & curtains. I heard noise in the bathroom and realised someone was in there. I felt terror over me. There are no burglars across the bathroom window and I knew that the contractors who worked at my house had left the ladders outside" In other words, he 'thought' there was some kind of a robbery taking place. OK. BUT...

I Heard about this on Valentines...as SOON as I heard it, I thought.. "Uh-ohh Watercup is in South Africa!! and ol "tink-tink" (Pratorius) is on the loose!!...lol

cray-cray. A few months ago, last year was about that Cinema /theatre mass-murderer. Last couple months about the shootings in school. Sheesh. it NEVER stops.

Pistorius lives in a SECURE GATED COMMUNITY that advertises a "SOLID ELECTRIFIED WALL, LASER SENSORS and BIOMETRIC LOCKS" The 'thief' must be a fly or Dracula to pass over all of that security.

Recently he held his own 'private' memorial service for her, which was 'leaked' and came to the knowledge of the public. Personally, I think he was attempting to appear to be a good guy, gain sympathy hence the 'leak'.

He says he is not guilty, but why say this "I do not know of any witness upon which the State will rely in order to attempt a case against me" Me say, GUILTY. The trial havent started yet, but what do you think...he did it?

PS- they found a bloody bat in the bathroom which might explain her fractured skull, but he claims it was to breakdown the door. Ok we believe you, Oscar...next time you'll tell us that the bat had a life of its own and it clobbered her on its own will. Righttt!

I wonder why he didn't use one of his fake legs to "breakdown the door" and chose a bat. Its not like he cant afford more as he changes legs and has more legs than a centipede.

I really hate looking at the news, it really depresses me, but it's really crucial to see how life is so awful everywhere. To see how people no matter what birthdays can be so cruel.

I was so horrified, the MOST horrified when I heard about the Austrian old guy who locked his daughter in a dungeon for decades. It is so traumatizing. Or the Green River killer. It's good to have psychologists who look into this.

Don't believe his story, it's been all over the news here since day 1. He has the money and power to build a good defence and he is doing so. He has already discredited the officer in charge and he has stepped down. Hopefully not another OJ Simpson case where money can buy you a way out!

His story really doesnt make any sense...he claims she must have woken up and went to the bathroom while he was gone to fetch the fan. Half believable. He fired at the door, the 1st shot must have startled her causing her to scream or w/e...didn't she scream (even once) while he pumped 3 bullets throu the door? He must think people are dumb to buy such a 'fantasycal' story.

Dazed, so you say. Nobody knows if you have a 'house of bones' or not. I think the aqua rising makes him look less psychotic...it hides all that ugliness away. I used to have a crush on him btw, the aqua veneer that he has = "all that!". Plus it doesnt hurt that he is talented. Now all that talent will go to the crapper because he couldnt control his emotions. Isnt scorp about control of self (and sometimes everyone)

In regards to his sign, I can sort of see that scorp/sag cusp go ape shit. Scorp/sag can be very friendly, down to earth and seem relax. On the other hand, if you piss scorp/sag off it's a do or die situation. Scorp/sag aren't good at lying though and they don't really "scheme". I just find scorp/sag to go off in a fit of anger.

why does it sound like you are all nitpicking on this guy? If it were a libra/scorpio everyone would get on your butt here because there are MORE libra/scorpios on this site and probably start getting upset.

Why did the "mistake" killing happen less than 24hrs after he suspected her of cheating? The list is endless. She was cute thou so in a way I can understand his frustration...fearful of losing her.

I dont understand why sometimes (some) men go crazy at the thought of being cheated when they do it all the time and dont get threatened or killed by their girlfriends/wives. What gives them the right to decide "if i cant have you, noone will" It baffles me. Must be the male ego.
