The semester has already ended and I already got my grade in Tax Review. I got a whopping 92! However, I kind of offended my Tax prof earlier this afternoon. I called her up, asked her how I can access the records for the annual tax collections for the revenue district office of our city. She said I should contact the Collections Officer. "But Ma'm, I already contacted the Collections Officer and he told me to send a formal letter to the Regional Director." It was too late when I realized that I've just offended her. The good thing is, our Tax Prof is one HOT SEXY CHICKABABE so Im kind of thinking that maybe I should flirt with her but in a very subtle manner so she would forget about what happened earlier and instead remember that one of her brightest students actually has a crush on her.

Tell me what you think, guys. Im scared. @_@

The Scorpio is correct, actually. That has to be considered. I'm not sure what exactly offended her, but if she wasn't offended, she might be because of this. Even though you finished with this class, she might still consider it a conflict of interest and keep in mind that there is most likely a policy in place that could end with her losing her job. Also, is she even single and attracted to males? Even if she is, despite your ego, she won't necessarily find you as attractive and cute as you think you are. Remember this if and when you get rejected. My grades are higher than yours and I am the best student in all my classes because I actually show up, have all my shit together and pass all my tests with what is usually the highest grade.

Which one, you mean?

Even though you finished with this class, she might still consider it a conflict of interest and keep in mind that there is most likely a policy in place that could end with her losing her job.

How could there be conflict of interest? @_@

Also, is she even single and attracted to males?

She had a boyfriend while reviewing for the bar. I think she's safe. Besides, I think I can change her sexual preference. Alpha males can do it. 😉

Even if she is, despite your ego, she won't necessarily find you as attractive and cute as you think you are. Remember this if and when you get rejected.

Thanks for the caveat. 😄

My grades are higher than yours and I am the best student in all my classes because I actually show up, have all my shit together and pass all my tests with what is usually the highest grade.

So is this a pissing contest now? 😛

If she gave YOU a whooping 92 of all people, Its fair to say you're on her good league already.

Yeah and if you already have a grade, then who gives a fuck what she thinks. It kind of sounds like you're just looking for a reason, any reason at all, to flirt with her. Just do it if you want to. I used to flirt with my teachers all the time until that got weird, but that's a story for another time.

You maybe right. I mean, I almost asked her to proctor for our exam so I could see her again for one last time but I think my classmates would hate me for it so I didn't pursue it. Actually, I had no reason to call her up because I can just call the revenue office if I wanted to. I actually want to meet her again.

Conflict of interest: one of my coworkers is a supervisor, so his wife can't apply to work with the company unless he gives up his position or asks to be placed elsewhere since they assume that he would favor her in his decisions. There is a girl who hasn't suffered much as a result of her attitude because she's involved with a supervisor, though he works somewhere else so it can't be held against him.

It should be plain to see that the reason I mentioned it is because you think that she would find you appealing because of your grade instead of attributing it to the effort you put. In that sense, you think less of yourself by trying to exalt yourself with something completely urelated. You're thinking with your other head, man.

As of this moment, I have 98 in communications class and 100 in Sound Engineering, Humanities, and Computer and am constantly asked by my professors and professors I don't know if I'm studying or have studied anything else because of what I know despite a lot of my knowledge not being related to what I am studying at the moment. All of this is accomplished while I have a job, by the way. I haven't known a day off since I started school. I only go to college out of obligation and because I want to know and do everything but I am very proactive about learning things by myself. ADD does not have patience for anyone not providing sexual favors or some other thing of interest. When I say I can't wait, it's because I can't.

Sexual orientation can't be changed, by the way. If someone suddenly becomes attracted to a member of either sex when they previously wouldn't involve themselves with them, that's because they were not whatever they chose to identify with. I know a woman who claims to be heterosexual "but is in a relationship with a lesbian". I don't understand her reasoning, but that's ultimately for each individual to decide for themselves. You should also read about body odor and sexual orientation, because as posted in articles about that aspect of our biology, I absolutely detest man smell and cannot stand the way heterosexual women smell. They are repulsive to me.

I know what conflict of interest means. But how does it figure in my situation?

We don't have the same subjects, dude. But anyway, here are mine:

Negotiable Instruments - 97 (highest in history)
Statutory Construction - 96 (highest)
Credit - 93 (got 113* in midterms, laxed towards the end)
Public International Law - 88 (supposed to be higher coz I got 105* for midterms but our prof treated it as 90 smh)
Corporate Law - 90 (got 93 for midterms which was also the highest; supposed to be higher had one of my classmates not cheated in the final exams)
Land Titles & Deeds - 91 (highest; got 99 for midterms, highest also)

*highest in history

2nd Sem 2011-12: Got the highest average grade in the entire law school

I usually break records if I wanted to. With breaking records, I meant that when the professor has said this or that was the highest grade he has ever given, I would try to break it. But I usually just enjoy. I enjoy first before aiming. That's my strategy. Also, I do this only if I really like the subject. For subjects I don't like, I would just aim for the "highest in class" which might mean an 85 or an 83.

Sexual orientation can't be changed.

I have a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Maryland, I completed it in three years instead of four. That means I took up to 21 credit hours in a semester (I had to get dept heads to sign off on that). I was also a father of two kids and worked.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with an overall 3.7 GPA. Even better is that I went on academic scholarships. Zero student loans.

It wasn't the best grades but it's respectable.

Nice, dude. 🙂 I love that this is becoming a "gentle" pissing contest. Melikey. 😛

I also got a BS in Accountancy. Cum Laude. I didn't like the course but I had some gems of moments along the way:

*I correctly answered two questions on our Math on Investments quiz that has never been answered correctly in decades.

*Best in Feasibility Studies (99)

Well, that was all. It was a tight race in Accounting school. @_@

The conflict of interest is that people will always think you are guilty until proven innocent and so if a relationship were to come of this should you attempt it because the assholes will think that your grades are due to your relationship rather than your intelligence. Sadly, that is the nature of the world we live in. Again, if there is a policy against this kind of student teacher relationshp, it is not in her best interest to go along with this.

Yah... but thank God, they wouldn't care coz our grades are not shown publicly so they wouldn't know. I just knew that I got 92 and was the 2nd highest in class. That, despite not having taken a samplex while the rest of the class did.

I'm AB- too.

Rarest blood type, plus I have to get shots if I ever get pregnant because my guy is B+.

Plus, in Japan, AB is considered a bad blood type. 😢

It's a PITA blood type lol
