Testing the waters

Guys, what do you do when you're testing the waters to see where you stand with the ladies in regard to them being interested or not?

I watch them and if i think they are then I ask them out I dont like games so I just ask worst case they say No

We are watching for all the things the TV mention, and as I say, eye contact.
