Your life

Are you living the life you always wanted/dreamed of? Are you doing what YOU want to or are you just "spinning your wheels"? If you are not living the life you always wanted to live, why not?

I am having a total ball with life right now so it's all good. Now originally I wanted to be an actress but I had children early and I was a single mom to boot so I couldn't really pursue it aside from acting in local theatre productions.
I had also wanted to be a nurse and I am finally back in school to become an RN after being a medical assistant forever and I LOVE school! (Although the break I have been on has been fantastic!)
I am single now and my kids are grown ups so I am having the time of my life with my friends and dating!
I am still not where I want to be financially but at least it's a lot better than where I have ever been so I have to say that I am very satisfied with life right about now!
NEVER TOO LATE TO MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER IN MY OPINION!!!!

^^^ Too funny woman! He he...I am "smitten" I have to admit but I have been having a phenomenal year actually! It's all good in the neighborhood...lol. 😄

@ Fiesty: I think that is a wonderful dream/life to live. I have always dreamed of traveling the world and learning as many languages as I can too. I am currently living part of that dream now. I am fortunate enough to have a job that allows me to travel.....the language part is taking some time. I have always wanted to become fluent in Italian. I have always admired Maya Angelou, I believe she is fluent in over 3 languages! She is also an accomplished author and one of my favorite poets. I wish you much success 🙂

@ Lady Libra: You hid your posts 😢 If I remember correctly, it sounded like you were struggling but still headed in the right direction. I have had it pretty rough these past few years as well. For me, mine was a bit more emotional, but I am still growing as a woman. I too am also settling into my maturity, but finding it a bit challenging to let go of the fact that I have to "grow up". But none the less, it is a warming feeling and I wish you success with your journey as well.

My life is the exact opposite of what i want 😢. and why? well i suppose i only have myself and the stupid decisions i have made to blame lol
