Where is your Pisces Moon?

-- — ??_

...........................................................................................

Mine falls in the 11th House.

Most explanations say that with an 11th House moon, I will have "many friends and acquaintances."

I can talk to just about anyone-- but maintaining a wide circle is a little too overwhelming.

Another 11th House snippet, however, says

"Pisces Moon floats from group to group, only making true friends with kindred souls."

True-- and I keep these folks close. 🙂

So-- where is your Pisces Moon?

12th house
Pisces Moon has arrived home in this house. If the moon has refrained from fooling itself and has done the work, it ascends. If it hasn't done the work, the person with this moon could end up in prison or a mental hospital. Either way, the Pisces Moon feels invisible here and anonymous. Given the bigger picture, Pisces Moon finds wisdom from experiences and realizes that all life is illusion anyway.

I had to laugh at "this moon could end up in prison or a mental hospital". Silly.

Ha! Yeah. 😛

I didn't intend for that link to serve as the destination in this thread-- just my reference for that little excerpt.

Because like you, I'm not too fond of the rest of the explanation-- esp the "you'll do for now" part.

I probably should have included a link for Moon by House.

Here's Cafe Astrology.

I'm curious and I want to know if others think their Pisces moon, to an extent, overrules or "outshines" the dictates of the house in which it was placed.

I had that in the OP, initially, but edited it because I get too wordy, sometimes. lol

I have a friend who is a 12th House Pisces moon, and they strike me as very "stable", and one of the most understanding & generous people I've met.

@Montgomery, I would say I'm pretty stable, myself, too, but that may be due to other placements. I find it funny though that the 12th house doesn't seem like a very stable place to be. Nor are pisces moons said to be one of the more stable placements.

I used to be able to relate to parts of the 12th house description. "or completely out of touch with what you are feeling." That used to be me. I don't think I could agree anymore, though. Needing to recharge alone and being sympathetic to those that are in need I can still agree with, though. But I do have pisces placements, which would fit that description. Everything in my chart kind of blends together so who knows to what extent each of these placements appear or hold power over one another.

This is because... the 12 house is the house of secrets. Although Pisces Moons in 12 house appear to be in control... they normally see the big picture and except that it is not perfect. They normally are a bit stoic... in nature... Pisces Moons are in general but 12 house even more...

normally Saturn return brings out 12th house... so there should be at min a life changing view of everything at about 29... but maybe before depending on path... 🙂

What does it mean

This is one (of many) descriptions of Moon in 4th:

The Moon in the 4th house of the chart suggests that their place of residence is constantly undergoing change. Moon in the 4th house is descriptive of a strong emotional bond with the father, and he may be viewed as emotional, protective, unstable, or moody and unreliable. The Moon is the mother image and is usually associated with the females of the family - mother, aunts, sisters and the maternal line, and if aspects are favourable this person may benefit from an inheritances through women.

Ties to the early childhood home and parents may still be important even in adult life, and so they sometimes remain emotionally dependent on others, and the instinctive search for emotional security and intimacy dominates everything. The individual needs to feel a sense of belonging, and is powerfully tied to their past and its origins. Those with the Moon here appreciate privacy and often the environment influences their moods in some way.

This placement of the Moon usually feels at ease in the immediate family environment and they need to feel a sense of familiarity, security, and self-protection. The main problem is insecurity, moodiness and defensive emotions. The nesting instinct is strong and the need to withdraw back home is also needed when difficulties arise and they need to find shelter. -

Thank you for the link Montg, that was very insightful.

"People with problems seek you out, and you always offer a shoulder to cry on. Easy prey for the unscrupulous, you need to discriminate between those who genuinely need your help and those who are taking advantage of you. You also must learn not to feel guilty if you refuse to help someone."

LOL

But it's true. 😛

Idk if I offer a shoulder to cry on, so much as I like to remind people wtf they're actually capable of, when they forget.

Some people, of course, just want to cry-- bleh.

But I have one friend in particular who will call me every once in a while and say "Hey, Monte... I just need to hear--"

To which I say "Yer gonna be FINE!" 😄

I take it as a compliment, now.

Pisces moon 11th. I need to find a Pisces moon lady

I've read that supposedly, Pisces moons tend to not "get things done"-- but I got along the best/had the best connection with another Pisces moon (who was also a Pisces sun).

Very young, though, so-- *shrugs*

Maybe any water moon would be alright.

My ex had a cancer moon, sag sun, gem rising and I never felt she really understood me on a deep level. It might have been her other placements though. I think pisces or scorpio moon are the best for another pisces moon. Some moon signs just will never click though no matter how favorable other aspects/attraction. I will never go near a Leo moon again that's for sure. They make me sick...

I hear you-- don't do well with fire moons, at all. o.O

It will start off well, but usually ends in demise because we just don't click on a fundamental level.

(Neptune ranks #1 in my chart)

I can't comment on Cancer moons because I don't think I know any very well.

lol @ Leo moons 😛
